Promo mechanics
1. The promo period will run from August 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 for online, branch, developer, and broker-referred accounts.
2. This is open to all individual and corporate clients whose applications are received within the promo period, and booked on or before March 31, 2025.
3. Construction loan will be eligible upon first release on or before March 31, 2025.
4. The minimum loan amount is Php 1,000,000.
5. The free bank fees of Php 7,000 will be applied for every Php 1,000,000 loan amount, capped at Php 173,000.
6. BPI Rewards Points for Loans Marketplace acquisition will be credited via BPI Vybe app.
7. The promo can be bundled with MyBahay Enhanced Program and All-In Financing but not with Step-Up Payplan.
8. The loan application is subject to the standard loan evaluation process, terms, and conditions of the bank.
