The Generics Pharmacy Promo

1. Open to all new BPI customers who will open for BPI #SaveUp or download and sign up for VYBE by BPI at any The Generics Pharmacy (TGP) nationwide from April 15 - July 31, 2025. 

2. All new customers who have successfully opened a BPI #SaveUp or downloaded and signed up for VYBE by BPI will be entitled to a Php 100-worth of TGP house brand medicine (non-prescription drug). 

3. The customer must scan the BPI QR code available at the store to open an account. The application for a BPI #SaveUp or VYBE by BPI is deemed completed when it reaches the confirmation screen in the BPI app. 

4. The live confirmation screen should be presented and redeemed at The Generics Pharmacy where the customer performed the product application.

5. The free Php 100 TGP house brand medicine (non-prescription drug) is valid immediately when verified by The Generics Pharmacy personnel. TGP personnel should ask the customer to click the back button/icon on the phone to verify if the customer did a live application at the store. 

6. The Generics Pharmacy store personnel will ask for the last four (4) digits of the customer’s mobile number used for the account opening.  

7. Opening of a BPI #SaveUp or signing up for VYBE by BPI is subject to the existing policies of BPI. 

8. This promo cannot be availed in conjunction with other offers of BPI in partnership with The Generics Pharmacy. 

9. In case of dispute, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI, will be deemed final. 

1. To redeem the free Php 100 TGP house brand medicine (non-prescription drug), the customer needs to show the live confirmation screen to the TGP store personnel. 

2. The free Php 100 TGP house brand medicine (non-prescription drug) is not transferable and convertible to cash, subject to the terms and conditions of TGP. Once a valid redemption is made, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or applied to another item or e-voucher. 

3. The BPI accountholder shall be responsible for safekeeping his confirmation screen. BPI and The Generics Pharmacy shall not replace the redeemed item.
