Yes, you can avail products through partner stores even if you do not have an existing BPI account. Just bring one (1) valid government-issued ID, any proof of income (for credit card and loans), and a valid mobile number and e-mail address.

Yes, BPI products are available during the operation hours of our partner stores.

Yes, just scan the QR code for the desired loan product. The QR codes are found in the counters of the partner stores.

The QR when scanned will be directed to the BPI form of the desired loan product.

All documentary requirements will have to be submitted online via the application link. No requirements need to be submitted to the partner stores.

You may visit any of our partner stores to deposit to and withdraw from a BPI savings account.

The transactor can be the BPI account holder or an authorized representative.

Only the account holder is allowed to do withdrawal transactions.

None. Conducting deposit and withdrawal transactions through BPI partner stores is free.
