Promo mechanics

1. The promo is exclusive to all non-VYBE clients and will run from October 18, 2024 to December 31, 2024.  

2. Download and sign up for VYBE at Apple App Store or Google Play.   

3. Once a VYBE account is created, visit this online form and register your details to receive your free voucher.  

4. The date of VYBE sign up and the date that client registers at the portal must be the same. For example: If a client signed up for VYBE on October 20, 2024, the client needs to register his/her details at the portal on October 20, 2024, until 11:59 PM, Philippine Standard Time.  

5. The client has the option to print a copy of his/her answer or details he/she registered on the portal.  

6. The free Grab voucher will be sent to the client's registered email address within 10 to 15 banking days from the date of VYBE sign up.  

7. The client must ensure that his/ her VYBE registered email address is matched with the email address in his/ her Grab app to receive the free vouchers.  

8. The newly registered VYBE client will receive one (1) FREE Grab voucher that can be used 1x only either on GrabCar/GrabFood/GrabMart/GrabExpress. 

9. A newly registered VYBE client can only claim/ receive the free voucher once during the promo.

10. The free voucher is valid for ninety (90) calendar days upon issuance of the voucher codes via the client's registered email address.  

11. The free voucher code does not require a minimum spend to avail or redeem provided that the purchase amount to be availed by the client on the Grab app is equivalent or more than the value of the discount voucher. 

12. This promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative, and it cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, voucher, privileges, or membership promotion (unless otherwise specified).  

13. Clients who will qualify for this promo are subject to the terms and conditions of BPI and Grab.  

14. By participating in the promo, the newly registered VYBE client authorizes the bank and Grab to share his or her relevant information (including personal information) to suppliers or merchants/partner for purposes of the redemption / crediting of the voucher.  

15. BPI and its partner apps included in the promo reserves the right to cancel rewards and /or cash backs/ vouchers for abuse and fraud. All questions and disputes regarding the transaction validity for any redemption shall be resolved by BPI.
