1. Customers (“Customers”) who download and sign up to the VYBE by BPI app through the BPI QR code at Metro Gaisano, SEAOIL, and Southstar Drug branches will get a P100 eGift.
2. Offer is valid only for Customers who download and sign up to the VYBE by BPI app through the BPI QR code at Metro Gaisano, SEAOIL, and Southstar Drug branches.
3. To claim eGift from Metro Gaisano & Southstar Drug, Customers must do the following:
a. Go to the any of the participating stores or branches of Metro Gaisano and Southstar Drug stores Locations in the partner stores directory.
b. Present eGift code. The store manager or cashier will validate your eGift code to accept it as form of payment.
c. The eGift is valid only for redemption at any participating Metro Gaisano and Southstar Drug stores.
d. The eGift is valid immediately upon receipt of the Customer.
e. The eGift is not convertible to cash and may not be exchanged with any other product or service.
f. The eGift may only be used once and unused amount will be forfeited.
4. To claim the e-Gift from SEAOIL, Customers must do the following:
a. Once the customer receives the eGift code, customer click the USE button to see the eGift code.
b. Customer enters the voucher code, and click "Use" to successfully credit to the LOCQPay wallet. Customers need to download and create a LOCQPay wallet.
c. The eGift is valid immediately upon receipt of the customer.
d. The eGift is not convertible to cash and may not be exchanged with any other product or service.
e. The eGift may only be used once, and unused amount will be forfeited.
5. By availing a BPI product, customers authorize BPI to share their personal information to its service providers for the purposes of processing their application and communicating with them the availment process.
6. Customers will receive the P100 eGift code via SMS fifteen (15) banking days from the VYBE sign up date. BPI will send the SMS to the VYBE registered mobile number of the customer. Mobile number used must be the same as the one provided in the BPI QR code platform, otherwise, customers will not be able to receive the P100 eGift code.
7. Offer is open to customers with no existing VYBE account.
8. Signing up using multiple accounts under the same customer details is not allowed: name, mobile number or email address.
9. The processing of BPI product availment will adhere to BPI’s standard bank processes and policies.
10. The offer shall be subject to periodic review to ensure compliance with the BPI’s policies and procedures, as well as with BSP rules and regulations and applicable laws.
11. BPI is not an agent of any of the participating merchants or outlets and makes no representation as to the quality of goods and services provided in the partner store/s. All feedback regarding the quality of goods and services provided should be directed to the respective merchant or outlet.
12. Vouchers, discounts and promos and the use of the partner store/s platform shall likewise be governed by the partner store/s Terms of Use.
