The offer is open to Principal Cardholders of the following BPI Mastercard Credit Cards which are active and in good credit standing, have sufficient credit limit, have valid and updated mobile number and/or email address in BPI’s system record, who received an Upgrade offer via EDM and SMS from BPI’s official SMS and email sender, or via BPI Mobile.

To qualify for the promo, the Principal Cardholder must opt-in to the promo using a unique alphanumeric promo code sent by BPI to his/her BPI registered mobile number and/or email based on BPI Credit Cards’ system records.

A. Via SMS

1. Check your inbox for an SMS sent by BPI regarding the Platinum Rewards Card Upgrade with your unique promo code.
2. Text UPGRADE<space>LAST 4 DIGITS OF CUSTOMER NUMBER<space>UNIQUE PROMO CODE to 09221101742. (Example: UPGRADE 4444 12ABC)
3. To know your customer number, check the BPI app or your Statement of Account.
4. You will receive an SMS confirmation on your upgrade request. Expect to receive the valid request notification within 5-7 banking days on your BPI registered mobile number.
5. Your upgraded BPI Platinum Rewards Card will be delivered within 10 banking days after validation of your upgrade request.

B. Via BPI App

1. Check your BPI app for a notification regarding the Platinum Rewards Card Upgrade with your unique promo code.
2. Click on the link to the upgrade page. Then, input the unique code along with the last 4 digits of your BPI customer number.
3. To know your customer number, check the BPI app or your Statement of Account.
4. Upon submission, you will be directed to the confirmation page. Expect to receive the valid request notification within 5-7 banking days on your BPI registered mobile number.
5. Your upgraded BPI Platinum Rewards Card will be delivered within 10 banking days after validation of your upgrade request.

Note: The Principal Cardholder will receive a notification message from BPI on his/her successful validation within five to seven (5-7) banking days from the date of upgrade request.

The upgrade offer is valid for a limited-time only. Select Cardholders will receive a notification via SMS or BPI app, and the offer end date is specified in the notification. Upgrade requests received after the offer end date will not be processed.

Validation is completed within five (5) to seven (7) banking days from the date of the upgrade request. BPI will be checking whether the Principal Cardholder entered the correct promo code and the last 4 digits of their customer number.

The Principal Cardholder will be notified of the result through his/her BPI registered contact information via SMS and/or Email in BPI’s system within five (5) to seven (7) banking days from the request date
