Terms and conditions
1. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein will have the winner forfeit his/her winnings with prior approval from the DTI.
2. All disputes related to this Program will only be accepted within sixty (60) banking days after the end of the Promo Period.
3. In case of any dispute with respect to the Promo, including eligibility, claiming of the freebie, the decision of the partner merchant, with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
4. BPI and its subsidiaries as well as its directors, officers and employees are not liable and shall be held rendered free and harmless for any loss or damage (including direct, indirect, and consequential loss) suffered or sustained by the accountholder resulting from the accountholder’s participation in the Program and receipt of the prizes.
5. The prizes of this Promo are non-transferrable and non-convertible in any form.
Eligibility and participation
1. The Promo, which shall run from February 28, 2025 to June 30, 2025 shall be open to all BPI clients.
By participating in this Program, the winners hereby agree as follows:
a. BPI is authorized to provide information about the accountholder to third-party contractors or agents to implement the Promo including the processing of transactions, electronic raffle draws and crediting of prizes.
b. To allow BPI to collect their personal information, including but not limited to their name, mobile number, and e-mail address. In this connection, BPI may, subject to compliance with applicable rules and regulations, use and disclose the personal information of identified winners, including their name, photographs, and videos, for marketing purposes related to this Promo. In this connection, the winners agree to waive any claims to royalties, rights, or remuneration for such use on TV, radio, BPI website, BPI social media pages, and press releases.
2. Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, which are made integral parts hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where these are applicable to this Program.

How do I pay via QR code?
There are two ways to Pay via QR code: scanning the QR and uploading the QR.
Scanning the QR code:
1. Upon opening the BPI app, tap the QR icon in the upper right corner or;
After logging into the app: tap Pay/Load > Pay via QR code.
2. Point your camera at the QR Ph code of the store.
3. Enter the amount to pay, if needed.
4. Select which deposit account to pay from, then tap Continue.
5. Double-check the details of your payment and then tap Confirm.
6. Approve the transaction with Mobile Key.
You’ll see a confirmation screen that your transaction is successful.
Uploading the QR code:
1. After logging into the app, tap Pay/Load > Pay via QR code.
2. When your camera opens, tap Upload QR code instead.
3. Find the QR code in your phone’s images.
4. Enter the amount to pay, if needed.
5. Select which deposit account to pay from, then tap Continue.
6. Double-check the details of your payment and then tap Confirm.
7. Approve the transaction with Mobile Key.
How do I customize my transaction limits?
You can adjust the limits on the BPI app. Log in to the app, tap the settings icon (⚙️) in the upper right corner then scroll down to Transactions. Tap Customize transaction limits.
Frequently asked questions
What is Pay via QR?
Pay via QR is the BPI app feature that lets you make cashless payments at stores and restaurants that have QR Ph codes*. You simply scan the establishment’s QR with the app and choose which BPI deposit account to pay from.
*You’ll know a QR code is QR Ph if it has a red, blue, and yellow icon in the middle.
Where can I use Pay via QR code?
You can use Pay via QR anywhere that has a QR Ph code.
Just look for a QR code that has a red, blue, and yellow icon in the middle or ask the cashier if their QR is QR Ph.
Is there a minimum amount for me to Pay via QR code?
No. There is no minimum amount to pay for you to enjoy conveniently paying via QR code.
Will the amount I pay be debited from my deposit account in real-time?
Yes. It will be debited in real-time.
How will I know that my payment was successful?
You’ll see a confirmation screen right after a successful Pay via QR transaction and receive a confirmation email through your registered email address. You’ll also see the transaction in your source account’s transaction history.
