1. This promo is exclusive to all BPI accountholders who are enrolled in BPI Online and will cash-in to participating e-wallets using the linked BPI Online account.​

2. On the partner's e-wallet app, BPI accountholders must cash in a minimum of Php 1,000  using a linked BPI Online account from August 16, 2024 to August 31, 2024 (11:59 PM Philippine Standard Time) to qualify. Cash in transactions initiated outside the partner's e-wallet ap such as via InstaPay or BPI Mobile app’s Load E-Wallet are not eligible.​

3. Open to new linked account or No history of cash-in transactions from the past 3 months (May 16, 2024 to August 15, 2024)​

4. BPI accountholders will earn one (1) raffle entry for each eligible transaction. ​

5. A total of 173 BPI account holders per participating e-wallet partner will get a chance to win Php173.00 cash back to be credited to the winner's VYBE app. ​

6. A BPI accountholder can opt not to participate in the promo by sending an SMS with the message: BPI173EWALLETRAFFLE<space>NO to 6322565063 (not 022565063).​​

7. A BPI accountholder can only win once during the promo period per participating e-wallet partner.​

8. The participating e-wallet partners are:​

• GCash​
• Maya​
• ShopeePay​
• GrabPay​

9. The raffle draw will be held on September 13, 2024;  via Microsoft Teams in the presence of a representative from BPI and DTI. ​

10. The winners will be notified via registered mail and by any other form of communication wherein proof of notice or service can be verified. ​

11. Prizes will be credited to the winner's VYBE app within fifteen (15) working days from the raffle draw.​

12. Winners must download and register to the VYBE app available at Google Play and Apple Store by October 31, 2024.​

13. A BPI account holder or VYBE user can only win once per e-wallet partner.​

14. Winners will be notified via registered mail from BPI. The announcement of winners is on September 30, 2024 via BPI’s corporate website.​

15. Promo prizes are non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with ​any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.​

16. Employees of Bank of the Philippine Islands, participating e-wallets, suppliers, concessionaires, third party agents and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining the promo.​

17. Once the promo prize is claimed, the relevant supplier's or merchant's terms and conditions will apply. BPI does not make any warranty, express or implied, with respect to any of the promo prizes. Any dispute concerning the promo prizes shall be settled directly between the BPI accountholder and the supplier or merchant in accordance with their terms and conditions. ​

18. By participating in the promo, the BPI accountholder authorizes the bank to share his or her relevant information (including personal information) to suppliers or merchants for purposes of the redemption and processing of the prize in the event he or she is declared a winner.​[J1]
