M Lhuillier Raffle Promo

1. The promo is exclusive to all BPI account holders* who are enrolled in BPI Online and/or using the BPI Mobile App.

2. To join and qualify for the promo, BPI account holders may do any of the following transactions from August 16, 2024 to September 15, 2024 (11:59 PM Philippine Standard Time) (the “Promo Period”):

a. Use the BPI to Cash feature on the BPI Mobile App to send money via M Lhuillier; or

b. Go to https://app.bpitocash.com to send money via M Lhuillier.

3. No minimum amount to qualify as one (1) raffle entry during the Promo Period. For avoidance of doubt, one transaction shall equal to one (1) raffle entry.

4. BPI shall send an email notification to the BPI account holders who are qualified in the promo as well as the total number of raffle entries at the end of the promo period.

5. Eligible raffle participants can only win once during the promo.

6. A total of fifteen (15) BPI account holders can win Php 1,703.

7. If the winner prefers to claim the cash prize through M Lhuillier wallet app, the winner will get Php2,000.00 cash instead of Php 1,703.

8. The raffle draw will be held on September 27, 2024 via Microsoft Teams in the presence of representative/s from BPI, M Lhuillier, and DTI.

9. BPI shall notify the winner via registered mail. The list of winners shall also be posted within the BPI corporate website as well as the Facebook page of M Lhuillier.

10. To claim prizes, winners must go to any M Lhuillier branches and present the following:

a. Scanned copy of the congratulatory mail or email;

b. Scanned copy of 1 valid government ID (ex. Philsys National ID, SSS UMID ID, Driver’s License, or Passport)

c. An authorized representative can claim the prize in place of the winner with the following additional documents;

1. Authorization letter with the signature of the winner;

2. Scanned copy of the congratulatory mail or email;

3. Scanned copy and valid ID of the winner and valid ID of the authorized person.

11. Redemption of prize is within 60 days upon receipt of winner’s notification. Prizes not claimed within 60 days upon receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of BPI and M Lhuillier with prior approval of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

12. BPI account holders may claim the cash prize of Php 1,703.00 at any M Lhuillier branch. If the winner prefers to claim the cash prize through the M Lhuillier wallet app, the winner will receive Php2,000.00 cash instead of Php 1,703.00, after submitting the required documents and being verified by an ML Branch Manager.

13. Promo prizes are non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

14. Once the promo prize is claimed, the relevant supplier's or M Lhuillier terms and conditions will apply. BPI does not make any warranty, express or implied, with respect to any of the promo prizes. In case of dispute in respect of BPI only and the BPI Account holder’s availment of the promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves M Lhuillier and its performance and/or the delivery of service to its customers, the decision of BPI and M Lhuillier with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final, subject to any agreement between BPI and M Lhuillier. 15. By participating in the promo, the BPI account holder authorizes BPI to share his or her relevant information pertaining to full name, complete residential address, registered email address, registered mobile number and BPI account number to BPI, suppliers or merchants for purposes of the redemption and processing of the prize in the event he or she is declared a winner.

16. BPI and M Lhuillier officers, directors, and employees and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join this promo.
