BPI x Smart Reload Raffle Promo

Buy select Smart & TNT load using the BPI app or BPI online from December 1, 2024 (12:00 AM PHT) to January 31, 2025 (11:59 PM PHT) to earn raffle entries for a chance to win an iPhone 15 (128GB) or a PLDT Home WIFI Device.

Raffle entries are based on the following Smart and TNT participating SKUs:

• Raffle Draw Date: February 13, 2025
• Winners Notification Date: February 25, 2025

1. The promo is exclusively for new and existing BPI app and BPI online users. 

2. BPI clients must load participating Smart and TNT products via BPI Online or the BPI Mobile App during the promo period.

3. Clients must load from December 1, 2024 (12:00 AM PST) to January 31, 2025 (11:59 PM PST) to qualify. 

4. Clients must purchase any of the participating Smart and TNT products to get corresponding number of raffle entries. 

5. Clients may only win once. If a name was drawn more than once, the winner shall only get the prizes of higher value.

6. Winners will not be able to choose the color of the iPhone 15 (128GB) phone raffle prize.  

7. The prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash, credit limit, or other promotions/discounts/ products/services. Taxes for the prizes are shouldered by Smart. 

8. BPI will monitor the earning of the raffle entries, assign the electronic raffle entries, and draw the winners via randomizer in the presence of authorized representatives from BPI, Smart, and DTI on the date of the raffle.  

9. Winners will be notified by BPI via email, SMS, and registered mail through their mailing address, and mobile number within eight (8) business days after the raffle draw.

10. Smart Communications Inc., through their 3rd party accredited logistics agency, will be coordinating and facilitating the delivery to the winners’ chosen address subject to delivery lead times. Any delivery date is approximate and is not guaranteed. The delivery fee will be shouldered by Smart Communications Inc.

Winners may receive their prizes through the following steps:

11. The announcement of winners will be published on the BPI website five (5) business days after winners sign the quit claim for their prizes.

12. Bank of the Philippine Islands, Gate Distribution Enterprise Inc, Smart Communications employees, and relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the raffle

13. A quitclaim is required upon redemption of the prize. Redemption of prize is within 60 days upon receipt of winning notification through registered mail. Prize not claimed within 60 days upon receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of Bank of the Philippine Islands with prior approval from DTI.

14. Each winner must allow Smart Communications, Inc and BPI to use his/her name or picture in their marketing communication materials.

15. Clients have up to 7 days from the end of the promo to report possible disputes to BPI regarding the raffle entries earned.  All aspects of the raffle promo are deemed final after this cut-off date.

16. Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is not an agent of Smart and makes no representation as to the quality of the services and products provided. All feedback regarding quality of services and prizes provided should be directed at Smart.

17. Qualified customers who participate in this promo are subject to the terms and conditions of BPI.

18. By participating in this promo, customers authorize BPI to share their relevant information (including personal information) to suppliers or merchants for the purpose of redemption and processing of the prize in the event the customer is declared a winner.

19. By participating in this promo, customers authorize BPI to publish their names as winners of the Smart e-Loading promo on the BPI website and in other promotional materials.

20. By participating in the raffle draw, customers agree to the terms and conditions set by BPI governing the rules of participation. BPI reserves the right to verify the client’s personal information for the administration of the raffle. In the event such verification is not accomplished to the satisfaction of BPI, the client will be disqualified from the raffle with prior DTI approval.

21. BPI reserves the right to forfeit the prize or invalidate the awarding to the winner should it be proven that the winner has provided any false information or committed any fraudulent act. In case of such an event, BPI. may redraw another winner in the presence and upon approval of DTI.

22. Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, which are made integral parts hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where these are applicable to this Program.

23. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein will have the winner forfeit his/her winnings with prior approval from the DTI.
