Promo mechanics

1. The raffle draw is exclusive to all BPI account holders who are enrolled in BPI Online and are 18 years old and above.

2. BPI account holders who transact using their BPI Online account during the promo period—from December 1, 2024 to December 12, 2024—are eligible to join the raffle draw to win roundtrip tickets for two to Seoul, South Korea.

3. Transactions include BPI Shop and Pay Online, BPI cash-in to E-Wallets, BPI QuickPay, and BPI to Cash.

4. BPI account holders who transact through the following partner promos will earn two raffle entries:

5. The raffle prize is inclusive of the terminal fee/fuel surcharge, airport service, booking fee, 7 kilos of hand-carry, and 10 kilos of check-in baggage. The raffle prize does not cover accommodation, travel tax, visa application processing, passport application, passport renewal, and other visa and passport-related documents.

6. There will be two raffle draws on January 10, 2025 which will be conducted via Microsoft Teams in the presence of representative/s from BPI and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI): First is the M Lhuillier Raffle Draw where there will be 12 winners of P1,200. Second is the BPI Holiday Promo Raffle Draw where there will be one (1) winner of a trip to South Korea for two. Determination of winners for both the raffle draws will be drawn electronically using the randomizer on Random.org with the list of eligible entries.

7. BPI shall notify the winner via registered email, registered SMS, and registered snail mail. Their name will also be posted on the BPI corporate website.

8. The winner may claim the raffle prize within 60 days from receipt of notification, otherwise, the raffle prize will be forfeited in favor of BPI with prior DTI approval. For validation purposes, the winner must send the following:

a. A screenshot of the email declaring that they have won the raffle draw

b. 1 scanned valid ID

c. 1 scanned copy of original passport valid for six months before departure

9. Prizes not claimed within 60 days upon receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of BPI with prior approval of DTI.

10. The raffle prize is transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items unless otherwise provided.

11. This promotion cannot be exchanged with cash, credit limit, other promotions, discounts, products, and services.

12. The qualified clients who use this promo are subject to the terms and conditions of BPI.

13. In the case that the visa of the winner is not approved, the raffle prize is transferable, non-cumulative, and non-convertible to cash and other products.

14. Employees of Bank of the Philippine Islands, its suppliers, concessionaires, third-party agents, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining the promo.

13. By participating in the raffle draw, the BPI account holder authorizes the bank to share his or her relevant information (including personal information) with suppliers or merchants for purposes of the redemption and processing of the prize in the event he or she is declared a winner.

14. By participating in the raffle draw, the client agrees to the terms and conditions set by BPI governing the rules of participation. BPI reserves the right to verify the client’s personal information for the administration of the raffle. In the event such verification is not accomplished to the satisfaction of BPI, the client will be disqualified from the raffle with prior DTI approval.

15. BPI reserves the right to forfeit the prize or invalidate the awarding to the winner should it be proven that the winner has provided any false information or committed any fraudulent act. In case of such an event, BPI may redraw another winner in the presence and upon approval of DTI.
