You’ll first need to add your biller as a Favorite. Here’s how:
1. Log in to your BPI online account through the BPI app or via web browser.
2. Tap or click on the settings icon (⚙️) in the upper right corner of your home screen.
3. Scroll down to Transactions and select Manage Favorites > Add new Favorite.
4. Select Billers, then select your biller’s name from the list.
5. Type in your biller reference number, then Continue.
6. Double-check the details and Confirm.
7. Approve adding this Favorite with Mobile Key.
Once you’re done adding your biller to your Favorites, follow these steps to pay:
1. In the main menu, select Pay/Load > Bills.
2. Select the account or card you want to pay from.
3. Select the biller from your list of Favorites.
4. Enter the amount you want to pay, then Continue.
5. Double-check the details of your transactions, and Confirm.
6. Approve the transaction with Mobile Key.*
*In case Mobile Key is down, you’ll have the option to approve with a One-Time PIN.
Note: The amount you paid will immediately be deducted from your account, but it will take up to three (3) banking days for your biller to reflect the payment.
