If you don’t have a BPI online account yet, you can update your registered mobile number by visiting the nearest BPI branch. Make sure to bring proof of billing and a valid government ID.
If you’re not in the Philippines, give us a call. Look for the number for the toll-free BPI Contact Center in your country. For your security, documents will be requested.
If you already have a BPI online account and have a BPI debit card, you can update your mobile number online through the BPI app or via web browser.
Using the BPI app
1. Log in to the BPI app and tap the settings icon (⚙️) in the upper right corner.
2. Under the Profile section, tap Update mobile number
3. Enter your debit card number and your new mobile number.
Via web browser
1. Go to online.bpi.com.ph and enter your login details.
2. A pop-up for SMS OTP will appear, you need to click Not your phone?
3. Enter your BPI Debit card number and your new mobile number.
Once the number change is a success online, activate the change at the nearest BPI branch ATM within 5 banking days.
If you don’t have a BPI debit card, visit the nearest BPI branch with proof of billing and a valid government ID.
