Qualifications

The Promo is open to all cardholders of BPI Signature Cards whose accounts are active and in good standing. 

How to avail

1. BPI Signature Cardholder must first contact Visa Concierge to make a prior reservation.

2. BPI Signature Cardholder shall quote 'Visa Wine Campaign'.

3. Visa Concierge shall check the BPI Signature cardholder's eligibility status and during reservation with merchants, to quote 'Visa Wine Campaign Redemption'.

4. To redeem this offer in-store, show a copy of this offer (either print or electronic) and provide code to register.

How do customers access the Visa Concierge?

BPI Signature Cardholders can access the Visa concierge in three (3) ways.

1. Existing Users:

• Visit the Visa Concierge website 
• Login with your registered  email address  and nominated password.

2. New Users:

• Sign up for a new Visa Concierge account via the official website

3. Visa Concierge Third-Party chat channels* 

Terms and conditions

1. BPI Signature cardholders must make prior reservations via Visa Concierge, quoting 'Visa Wine Campaign Redemption'; reservations are recommended and subject to availability.

2. The Promotion offers one (1) complimentary bottle of wine at Bicena, which needs to be requested upon reservation, ordering or prior to settling the bill.

3. A non-alcoholic option is available upon request when making a reservation or placing an order.

4. The minimum spend of KRW520,000 applies before the applicable service charge and taxes in a single receipt applies with no splitting nor combination of bills allowed. 

5.  The Promotion is valid from August 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025, both dates inclusive. 

6. The Promotion is valid for only one (1) redemption per cardholder during the promotional period, no splitting nor combination of bills are allowed.

7. The Promotion is valid for dine-in only, with a minimum of two (2) people required.

8. Reservation deposits and cancellation penalty (if applicable) apply as per merchant’s website.

9. The Promotion is not applicable in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, promotional vouchers, and/or membership privileges, unless otherwise stated. 

10. Merchant reserves the right to impose additional blackout dates without prior notice. 

11. Total bill to be paid with a BPI Signature Card.

12. The type of complimentary bottle of wine will be determined by the merchant.

13. Once the bill is paid, BPI Signature cardholders will not be able to dispute it or claim any reimbursement or refund.

14. The cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found fraudulent, BPI shall have the right to charge the value of the offer to his or her card.

15. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Credit Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this promo.
