Raffle Promo

Eligibility: 

1. Referrer:

• Existing remitter-tagged clients of BPI as of January 2025
• Remitter should have an active BPI account
• Each remitter will be assigned a unique referral code, to be encoded by their referral/s in the promo online registration form
• To qualify for the raffle, referral should be a new-to-bank (NTB) beneficiary client , with a successfully opened BPI Padala Moneyger account, enrolled his/her BPI Padala Moneyger account in the BPI app, and has completely filled-out the promo online registration form

2. Referral:

• New-to-bank beneficiary client
• Opened a BPI Padala Moneyger account
• Enrolled the BPI Padala Moneyger account in the BPI app
• Completely filled-out the promo online registration form
• Entered a valid unique referral code (from the referrer) in the promo online registration form
• Should have a PH mobile number 

A referrer can refer as many new-to-bank beneficiaries, giving the referrer more chances to win.

Qualifications

The promo is an exclusive offer to existing BPI clients tagged as remitter in the bank’s system, and to their successful new-to-bank (NTB) beneficiary referral/s within the promo period.

Promo Period:   April 1, 2025 to January 23, 2026

1. Clients must be able to meet the following qualifications to be eligible to the promo:

a. Existing BPI remitter clients who have received  (1) an in-app message and/or (2) electronic direct mail/EDM from BPI containing the unique referral code and have successfully referred a new-to-bank (NTB) beneficiary client who fulfilled Sections (b) (i) to (vi) below.

An existing BPI remitter client is deemed to have successfully referred a new-to-bank (NTB) beneficiary client upon fulfillment by the NTB client of Sections (b) (i) to (vi) below:

b. New-to-bank (NTB) BPI Beneficiary client:

i.   Must have opened a BPI Padala Moneyger account during the promo period;

ii.   Must have enrolled his/her Padala Moneyger account in the BPI app;

iii.  Must have fully accomplished the Tag Team 2 Win promo online registration form after account opening; 

iv.  Must encode a valid unique referral code for this promo;

v.   Must have no prior existing BPI account;

vi.  Must have a PH mobile number

2. Qualified new-to-bank (NTB) beneficiary clients will qualify to the promo and automatically earn 3 raffle entries upon meeting sections (1) (b) (i) to (vi) above, and can earn additional raffle entries.

3. NTB beneficiary’s raffle entries refresh after every monthly cut-off date to capture new product availments and updated ADB balance. NTB beneficiary’s raffle entries may increase or decrease after every monthly cut-off in case of new product availment, and increase or decrease in funds.  For BPI Investment, successful subscriptions via e-Invest by BPI Wealth, as of monthly cut-off date will be considered.

4. Monthly raffle draws will be held at 7/F BPI Consumer Center – Paseo De Roxas corner Dela Rosa Street, Makati City or virtually via MS Teams.  Raffle Draws will be conducted by BPI OF Segment representative and a DTI representative, seven (7) days after each monthly cut-off date.   Below is the schedule of the monthly draw:

5. 1 winning NTB beneficiary will be drawn in each monthly draw. Each NTB beneficiary will win Php 25,000.  The winning NTB beneficiary’s referrer will also win Php 25,000 each.  

6. Cash prize will be credited to winners’ active BPI accounts within thirty (30) banking days upon validation of account number and winner’s credentials. Cash prize will no longer be transferrable since prize will be directly credited to the winners’ respective BPI accounts. In case winner’s BPI account became dormant upon crediting of the prize, winner is obliged to make his/her BPI account active, for his/her prize to be credited directly.  If winner’s BPI account remains dormant even after advise regarding crediting of cash prize, prize will be forfeited for both referral and referrer, with prior DTI representative’s approval.  

7.  All raffle winners will be notified within fourteen (14) days after the raffle draw through the following means of communication:

• EDM and In app for Referrer
• EDM and SMS for Referral

8. Total of 9 winning pairs will win during the promo period.  Total prizes to be given away is Php 450,000 tax free.

9. All registrations from start of promo period until end of promo shall remain qualified.

1. BPI and its subsidiaries are not liable for, and shall likewise be held free and harmless and indemnified from, any loss, damage, suit, cost, expense, tax, fee, or personal injury (including direct, indirect, and consequential loss) incurred, suffered or sustained (as applicable) by any person in connection with the participation in the promo and the prize's use.

2. BPI employees and relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the promo.

3. In case of any dispute with respect to the promo, including eligibility, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

4. BPI reserves the right to refuse honoring the winner if the account opening was found sourced through fraudulent, illegal or any activity inconsistent with the law. 

5. BPI, with the concurrence of DTI, reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, or suspend the raffle promo at any time.

6. The Terms and Conditions governing the use of BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, as well as the BPI Data Privacy Policy, are hereby incorporated by reference and shall form an integral part hereof.

7. By participating in this promo, BPI client:

a. Represents and warrants that s/he has obtained all necessary authorization and consent prior to submission of information about his/her dependents, or individuals related to the client, or nominated referrer including their personal data.

b. Agrees, consents and authorizes BPI to provide information of the accountholder and his/her referrer to third-party contractors or agents to implement the Program including the processing of electronic raffle draws.

c. Agrees, consents and authorizes BPI to collect their personal information, including but not limited to their names, mobile numbers, e-mail addresses and current location. In this connection, BPI may, subject to compliance with applicable rules and regulations, use and disclose the personal information of identified winners, including their names, for marketing purposes related to this promo. In this connection, the winners agree to waive any claims to royalties, rights, or remuneration for such use on TV, radio, BPI website, BPI social media pages, and press releases
