SEAOIL Fuel Discount Promo

1. The promo is open to all SEAOIL customers who will gas up and pay using BPI OneQR at any of the participating SEAOIL stations.

2. The promo period is from April 1 to June 30, 2025.

3. Gas up at any participating SEAOIL station and pay via BPI OneQR within the promo period to enjoy exclusive fuel discounts:

• Php 20 off on Gasoline for every Php 200 gas up
• Php 10 off on Diesel for every Php 200 gas up 

4. The discount applies to fuel purchases of up to Php 1,000 per transaction.

5. Splitting a single fuel purchase into multiple transactions to avail of more discounts is not allowed.

6. The offer is not convertible to cash.  It may not be exchanged with any other product. 

7. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of SEAOIL and BPI.

8. In the purchase of goods and services on promotional discount, and in compliance with the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) and the Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (R.A. 10754), senior citizens or PWDs may avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under these laws, whichever is higher, if applicable. 

1. BPI is not an agent of any of the participating merchants and makes no representation as to the quality of the goods and services provided. Any feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to the respective partner merchants.  

2. BPI and its subsidiaries are not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the promotion. BPI and its subsidiaries shall be held free and harmless and indemnified from any and all liabilities, losses, damages, suits, expenses, taxes, fees and costs arising from or in connection with the customers participation, availment of and/or use the program.  

3. In case of dispute in respect of BPI only and the customer’s availment of the Program, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves the partner merchant and its performance and/or delivery of the product to the BPI accountholders, subject to the general provisions set out above, the decision of BPI and the partner merchant, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final.  

4. By participating in this promo, the BPI accountholder agrees that the Bank may collect information, such as, but not limited to, mobile number and e-mail address. The BPI accountholder likewise agrees and consents to the display and disclosure of his name on the BPI website and Facebook page.  

5. Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where these are applicable to this Promo.
