Scan to Pay Promo with VYBE

1. The promo is open to existing VYBE and those joining VYBE for the first time and will run from June 15, 2024 to July 15, 2024, until 11:59 PM (Philippine Standard Time).

2. To be eligible to join the promo, VYBE users must do any of the following:

a. Use Scan to Pay and pay a single–receipt transaction worth Php 300.00 to any QR Ph enabled merchants nationwide.

b. Upgrade your VYBE app from Lite to Regular or Pro

3. VYBE will be sending a Share Treats unique code to eligible customers who will receive a free (1) McDonald's hot fudge sundae.

4. The Share Treats code will be sent to the eligible customer’s VYBE mobile registered number in 3 to 4 banking days from the date of VYBE transaction or VYBE upgrade.

5. A customer is eligible to receive the Share Treats code if a customer will upgrade or use Scan to Pay within the promo duration.

6. The free McDonald's Hot Fudge Sundae should be claimed upon purchase from the select participating McDonald’s stores. 

7. The Share Treats code to be used in claiming the free hot fudge sundae is valid until 60 calendar days from the end of the promo period.

8. Eligible customers can accumulate the unique codes he/she will receive before redemption of the free McDonald's Hot Fudge Sundae.

9. Free items are non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, or fixed-price items unless otherwise provided.

10. In case of dispute in respect of BPI only and the client’s availment of the promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

1. eVoucher code is valid immediately after receiving it and until the valid period. (Please refer to SMS received) 

2. eVoucher can be redeemed only in participating stores. 

3. eVoucher is for one time use only. 

4. Expired vouchers are not eligible for replacement. 

5. Available for Dine-in and Take-out orders only. Not valid for Delivery. 

6. eVoucher may not be redeemed when the store is offline or the product for redemption is out of stock. 

7. Order cannot be cancelled once processed. No refunds and cancellation will be entertained. 

8. eVoucher is not exchangeable for cash or credit and can’t be used in conjunction with currently available rewards programs. 

9. The recipient is responsible for the safekeeping of the eVoucher code. This should only be presented to the cashier for validation, the branch reserves the right to refuse, investigate, and act against fraudulent, suspicious redemption or Invalid. Share Treats and VYBE by BPI is not liable for any misused codes. 

10. McDonald's store reserves the right to request additional information for verification during redemption. 

11. The Terms of Use are subject to change with reasonable notice.
