1. The promo is open to cardholders of participating BPI and Robinsons Bank Credit or Debit Cards whose accounts are active and in good standing.

2. Promo Period is from February 15, 2025 to January 14, 2026. Stay period is until April 12, 2026.

3. BPI and Robinsons Bank Credit or Debit Cardholders are entitled to the following exclusive offers within the promo period:

4. To qualify for the discount, the cardholder must use his or her participating BPI Credit or Debit Card or Robinsons Bank Credit or Debit Card to pay for his or her purchase at Merchant.

5. The discount is not convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other product.

6. The cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Merchant.

Terms and conditions

a. Prior reservation is required. 

b. BPI or Robinsons Card and valid ID must be presented upon check-in, Day Use &/or  availment of the promo offer in the facilities within the participating property.   

c. Amendment of the reservation should be made (7) days prior to the arrival date. Late advice will be subject to approval or availability and new rates. No show will be charged for the full length of stay.   

d. All bookings are non-refundable.   

e. A surcharge of Php 1,500 for the following Peak Season:

• Golden Week (April 28, 2025 to May 6, 2025) 
• Iron Man (To be Advised) 
• All Saints Day (November 1, 2025)
• All Soul’s Day (November 2, 2025)
• Christmas Week (December 16, 2025 to December 23, 2025) 

f. A surcharge of Php 2,500 for the following Super Peak Season: 

• Chinese New Year (January 28, 2025 to 30, 2025) 
• Holy Week (April 13, 2025 to 19, 2025) 
• Obon (August 12, 2025 to 17, 2025) 
• Choseuk (October 4, 2025 to 8, 2025) 
• Christmas & New Year (December 24, 2025 to January 2, 2026)

7. The Cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found fraudulent, the Bank shall have the right to charge the value of the discount to his or her card.

8. Any dispute concerning the service/s related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI.

9. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Merchant. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A.  10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher, if applicable. 

10. In case of dispute with respect to the Bank only and the customers' availment of the Promo, the decision of the Bank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customers, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final.

11. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Credit or Debit Card and/or Robinsons Bank Credit or Debit Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.
