1. May BPI Dito sa Rodamel Drugstore Raffle Promo (“Promo”) is open to all Bank of the Philippine Islands (“BPI” or “Bank”) customers who have availed of any of the BPI Products and Services below in any Rodamel Drugstore from October 15, 2024 to December 31, 2024.

2. To earn electronic raffle entries, refer to the table below

3. Raffle Prizes are as follows:

a. One (1) Yamaha NMAX 155 worth Php 153,900

b. Two (2) Hakot sa Rodamel Drugstore worth Php 50,000 each

4. The raffle draw will take place on January 15, 2025, in the presence of representatives from DTI, BPI, and Rodamel Drugstore via the Zoom platform, using a randomizer.

5. Winners will be announced via the official BPI and Rodamel Drugstore Facebook pages by January 24, 2025.

1. BPI accountholders whose BPI accounts are inactive, suspended or closed will no longer be qualified.

2. The Promo cannot be availed in conjunction with other promotions and discounts of BPI in the participating partner stores.

3. All BPI employees and its subsidiaries, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.

4. The corresponding prize taxes will be paid by BPI, where applicable.

5. Participants can only win once.

6. Prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.

7. BPI makes no representation as to the quality of the goods and services provided. Any feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to the respective merchants. 

8. BPI and its subsidiaries are not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the use of the free item/s. BPI and its subsidiaries shall be held free and harmless and indemnified from any and all liabilities, losses, damages, suits, expenses, taxes, fees and costs arising from or in connection with the BPI accountholder’s participation, availment of and/or use of the free item/s under the Program. 

9. By participating in this Promo, winners allow BPI to document via photos the handing of prizes. Thereafter, these photos may be used by BPI for communications, in any form or manner, related to the Promo. Unless BPI is advised in writing by the winner, s/he agrees and consents to posting of his or her name on the BPI Website and official Social Media sites as winner of the Promo.

10. Terms and conditions under this promo are subject to all relevant laws, government decisions and regulations existing in the Philippines.

11. BPI’s decision in concurrence with DTI regarding the promo and all matters related to or connected with it, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.

12. Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where these are applicable to this Promo.

1. Winners will receive a notification from BPI through SMS/email about winning the raffle promo. A notification will also be sent to the winner’s registered mailing address.

2. To claim the prizes, promo winners must present the registered notice from BPI Agency Banking (e-mail or SMS, and registered mailing address), and a valid government-issued ID at Rodamel Drugstore Inc. Head Office, Burgos Street Centro 7 Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, Philippines, 3500.

3. Prizes must be claimed by the winners within 60 days from the date of raffle draw or until March 17, 2025. Unclaimed prizes by March 18, 2025 are considered forfeited with the approval of DTI.

4. BPI and Rodamel Drugstore will not cover any costs incurred after the purchase of raffle prizes, including but not limited to motorcycle registration, insurance, and similar expenses.
