4. The Major and Minor Prizes of the VCARB 2025 Experience in Japan Promo will be awarded to the Principal Cardholder.
5. By participating and qualifying in this promo, the Principal Cardholder agrees to abide by the terms and conditions provided herein.
6. The Principal Cardholder must have updated contact details in BPI’s records.
7. By joining this promo, cardholders have authorized BPI to give necessary information to its third-party contractor or agent to perform and complete the registration process and redemption process.
Registration mechanics
1. Register to the promo using a unique alphanumeric promo code sent to your BPI-registered mobile number and/or email based on the BPI Credit Cards’ system records.

d. Only the Principal Cardholder is eligible to register for the promo.
e. Only BPI Visa Credit Cardholders with an existing and valid Japan visa as of March 14, 2025 are eligible to join the promo.
f. The promo code is unique to you and can only be used by you.
g. After the Principal Cardholder submits his/her registration details, a confirmation message will be sent to confirm receipt of his/her registration from Giftaway.
h. The Principal Cardholder will receive a notification message from Giftaway on the registration result through SMS and/or e-mail within five (5) to seven (7) banking days from the date of registration attempt.
i. Successful registration is required to qualify for the promo. Only qualified transactions made on and/or after the date of the Principal Cardholder’s registration will be included in the spend accumulation. Transactions made before the date of registration will not be included.
j. The mobile number or e-mail address used for registration MUST BE THE SAME as the Principal Cardholder’s contact details in BPI’s records. Should there be any changes within the promo period, it is the responsibility of the Principal Cardholder to update his/her contact information in BPI’s records. Moreover, a mobile number should be a valid local/Philippine mobile number.
k. By completing his/her registration, the Principal Cardholder agrees that his/her personal information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy, and the security terms of the service provider, Giftaway.
l. In case the mobile number and/or e-mail address does not match with BPI’s records, the Principal Cardholder is required to update his/her contact information by visiting the nearest BPI branch.
Note: The Principal Cardholder may register after two (2) banking days from the date of contact information update.
Prize redemption
1. There will be one (1) winner of the Major Prize and Fifty-four (54) winners of the Minor Prize as follows:
Major: One (1) winner of the Visa Cash App Racing Bulls Paddock Package for two (2) in Japan, inclusive of the following:
a. Track Experiences
b. 5D4N accommodation at a five-star hotel featuring a double room, in market for two (2) pax
c. Official VCARB merchandise
Minor: Fifty-four (54) winners of official Visa Cash App RB merchandise, inclusive of any of the following:
a. 30 shirts
b. 10 zip ups
c. 10 polos
d. 10 hoodies
2. All prizes are tax-free and transferable to first-degree family members, but are not convertible to cash and not for resale. Prize taxes shall be shouldered by BPI.
3. The Winner of the Exclusive Package and his/her chosen companion must have an active passport with at least six (6) months validity from April 3, 2025. The Winner must also have a valid Japan visa as of March 14, 2025, or any alternative means of proof of eligibility to enter Japan as of March 14, 2025.
4. The roundtrip business class airfare from Manila to Japan shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:
a. Details of the guests must be provided by March 20, 2025 and cannot be amended thereafter.
b. The dates of the flights shall be determined by BPI and Visa.
c. Flights shall be delivered by international carriers/airlines as available.
d. All flights are non-changeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable once ticketed.
e. No rebooking or change of dates shall be accommodated beyond the 5D4N.
f. The winner should travel on April 3, 2025 in time for the race proper.
g. Only the cost of flights is covered.
h. Other travel expenses and requirements not included in the above-mentioned prize details (including passport and other travel documents, luggage, gadgets, etc.) shall be for the sole account of the raffle winner.
5. If the winners are based outside of Metro Manila, the winner shall shoulder the cost of transportation and all other travel expenses (hotel accommodations, food, etc.) in going to and from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila.
6. If, for any reason, a winner is unable to redeem the prize within the specified period, BPI reserves the right to select and appoint a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) as a substitute recipient. The substitution of a KOL in place of the original winner does not modify the terms and conditions of this promotion. At its sole discretion, BPI may provide the KOL with a $500.00 prepaid allowance (gross of tax) in addition to the prize outlined herein.
Program implementation
1. BPI will electronically generate raffle entries and will be drawn using an electronic raffle program.
2. The raffle draw will be on the week of March 14, 2025 and shall be conducted virtually or at BPI Buendia Center, 372 Sen. Gil Puyat Ave., Makati City in the presence of representatives from BPI and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
3. Winners will be announced through BPI’s social media platforms, press releases, and/or electronic direct mail, and will be notified via registered mail, e-mail, Viber, and/or SMS within five (5) banking days after the electronic raffle draw.
The Grand Prize winner must call BPI Contact Center confirm participation. The Winner should claim the prize within twenty-four (24) hours from primary contact with BPI. If the winner fails to respond within this period, the prize shall be forfeited and awarded to a back-up winner upon prior approval from DTI.
Minor Prize winners must call BPI Contact Center to confirm prize claim. Winners shall be given until May 30, 2025 to claim their prizes. Any prizes that remain unclaimed after the stated deadlines will be forfeited in favor of BPI, with the prior approval of DTI.
If, for whatever reason, the winners do not want to avail of their respective prizes, he/she may notify BPI by calling BPI Contact Center to opt-out. BPI reserves the right to award another winner, with the concurrence of DTI-FTEB.
4. The Winner will be announced and posted on BPI’s social media pages, press releases and/or electronic direct mail.
5. To claim the prize, winners must present one (1) valid government ID and his/her valid BPI Visa Credit Card.
6. All tickets, bookings, and merchandise in connection with the Prizes were procured and supplied by Visa Worldwide Pte. Limited (Visa). Any issue/concern pertaining to the tickets and activities/itineraries shall be raised to and addressed/settled by Visa. The winners and his/her companion shall have sole recourse against Visa in case of any issue on the tickets and/or the activities/itineraries, including but not limited to changes/delay/cancellation of flight schedule, refusal of admission in the venue and non-admission in the hotel shall have no recourse whatsoever against BPI, its directors, officers, employees, and representatives.
7. Upon claiming of the prize, the winners agree to free BPI and Visa from any liability for damages suffered as a result of using the raffle prize(s), provided such damages are not the result of serious and deliberate misconduct on the side of BPI or Visa. BPI and Visa shall not be held liable for any claim related to the raffle rewards. Consequently, BPI and Visa shall not entertain any request for indemnity of reimbursement accompanying such claim.

Ltd., Visa Europe Ltd., Visa Europe Services Inc., Visa Do Brasil Empreendimentos LTDA, Visa International Servicios de Pago España, S.R.L.U. and those entities controlling, controlled by, or under common control with, any of the foregoing, and any successors, successors in interest, and/or permitted assigns thereto, and each of their respective client financial institutions and merchants, and each of the foregoing’s parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, agents, designees, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the employees, personnel, designees, and representatives of all of the foregoing (collectively, “Visa”), Block, Inc., MKTG, Inc., the Visa Cash App Racing Bulls (the “Team”) and any entities controlling, controlled by, or under common control with, each of the foregoing, and any successors, successors in interest, and/or permitted assigns thereto, and the foregoing’s parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, agents, designees, and the employees, personnel, designees, and representatives of the foregoing (each, a “Visa Party” and collectively, the “Visa Parties”) and any other Team and F1 commercial sponsors are not responsible for the administration of the promotion. The Team is not liable for anything arising out of this promotion including the fulfilment of any prizes. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is subject to all of the applicable terms and conditions prescribed to such prize, including passing necessary sanctions screening. By accepting the prize the holder is deemed to have accepted all of the applicable terms and conditions prescribed to such prize, including any entry and COVID-19 requirements. The prize is not negotiable and the winners/recipients must not re-sell or transfer the prize in any way, unless otherwise approved. In the event of the prize being unavailable the promoter reserves the right to substitute it for one of equal or greater value. Any substitution will be within the entire discretion of the promoter. In the event the winner does not accept the substitution they will forfeit their right to the prize. So far as is permitted by law the Visa Parties and other Team sponsors, and their associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from: (i) any postponement, cancellation or material change of the promotion of the Brazilian race; and (ii) any act or default by a winner or their guest resulting in the winner or their guest being unable to activate the prize and/ or any elements of it. In exchange for being allowed to participate in the promotion, each winner/recipient hereby releases and forever discharges and agrees to indemnify the Visa Parties from any and all claims, demands, rights, expenses, actions, and causes of action, of whatever kind (collectively, “Claims”), arising from or by reason of any personal injury, bodily injury, property damage, or the consequences thereof, whether foreseeable or not, resulting from or in any way connected with his or her participation in the promotion.
