Prince Stores Raffle Promo

1. The “May BPI Dito sa Prince Stores! Raffle Promo” (“Promo”) is an exclusive offer at Prince Stores as a partner store of the Bank of the Philippine Islands (“BPI”, “Bank”) and as an accredited cash agent of the Bank. 

2. Promo Period: November 1, 2024 to January 31, 2025.

3. To qualify, customers must avail a BPI product and/or service at any Prince Stores outlets during the promo period. 

4. To earn raffle entries, the customer must successfully complete any of the following transactions:

*Approved loan applications must be availed within the promo period.

**Minimum amount of Php 100.00 and maximum of five (5) transactions per customer per day only.

5. Unsubmitted, cancelled or failed transactions will not qualify for raffle entries. 

6. Raffle entries will be electronically assigned to eligible customers based on their qualifying transactions. Customers will receive an SMS containing the number of their qualified raffle entries for each month during the promo period, within fifteen (15) banking days from the end of the previous month.

8. The raffle draw will be held online on February 11, 2025, in the presence of a DTI representative.  

9. Winners will be announced via the official BPI and Prince Store Facebook pages on February 21, 2025. 

10. BPI Customers can only win once. If drawn more than once and for a different prize, the customer will get the prize with a higher monetary equivalent. 

11. Employees of BPI and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to participate in the promo.

12. By participating in the promo, the customer agrees to the use of their personal information for raffle purposes in accordance with the Data Privacy Act.

13. Availment of BPI products are subject to the existing policies of BPI.

14. This promo cannot be availed in conjunction with other offers of BPI in partnership with Prince Stores.

15. In case of dispute, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI, will be deemed final.

16. BPI has the right to invalidate entries proven to “gamify” the promotion to earn more raffle entries.

1. Promo winners must be contactable from February 11, 2025 to February 21, 2025. Winners will be notified via their registered contact details (mobile number and e-mail). Prizes of uncontactable or unresponsive winners will be considered forfeited upon DTI Approval.

2. To claim the prizes, promo winners must coordinate with the BPI Agency Banking representative and submit the following documents by either visiting the BPI Agency Banking Office or e-mailing to the official e-mail address indicated in the notification:

• The official e-mail or SMS notification from BPI Agency Banking 
• A valid government-issued ID

3. Prizes must be claimed by the winners within 60 days from the date of raffle draw or until April 12, 2025. Unclaimed prizes by April 13, 2025 are considered forfeited upon DTI Approval.

4. The prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
