2. Promo Period is from January 20, 2025 to April 15, 2025.

3. BPI and Robinsons Bank Credit and Debit Cardholders are entitled to the following exclusive offer within the Promo Period.  

Terms and Conditions  

1. To qualify for the discount/offer, the cardholder must use his or her participating BPI or Robinsons Bank Credit or Debit Card to pay for his or her purchases at Merchant.  

2. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit.  It may not be exchanged with any other product.  

3. The discount/offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made.  

4. The cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Merchant. 

• Minimum single receipt spend of Php 3,000 with a maximum discount of Php 3,000.
• The offer is applicable on all ala-carte items only. Not valid on cochinillo and porchetta. 
• Not applicable to alcoholic beverages, promos, set menus, and exclusive functions or events.
• Advance reservation is required at least one day before planned visit.
• The offer is non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, special offerings, or discount privileges.
• Splitting of tables or splitting of a single transaction per Cardholder for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.
• Merchant has the right to cancel the reservation through phone call or text message in case of a sudden exclusive event.
• Blackout dates apply (Not valid during all legal, special & public holidays, February 13, 2025 to February 16, 2025)

5. The cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found fraudulent, the Bank shall have the right to charge the value of the discount/offer to his or her card.  

6. Any dispute concerning the product/s and/or service/s related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI.  

7. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Merchant. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher, if applicable.   

8. In case of dispute with respect to the Bank only and the customers' availment of the promo, the decision of the Bank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customers, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final.  

9. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI and/or Robinsons Bank Credit and Debit Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this promo.
