1. The prizes offered under the Promo shall not be convertible to cash, credit, privileges, rewards and/or other items/products. The prizes offered are non-transferrable and it cannot be used in conjunction with any other BPI promo, discount, voucher, privileges, or membership promotion (unless otherwise specified).
2. To the full extent allowed by applicable laws, all warranties, whether expressed or implied by law or statute, are excluded herein. BPI does not make any warranty, express or implied, with respect to any prize.
3. Winners must claim their prize within sixty (60) days upon receipt of registered notice.
4. Winners may only win once. If a name is drawn more than once, the winner will get the prize of a higher value.
5. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein will have the winner forfeit his/her winnings with prior approval from the DTI.
6. All employees of BPI including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this Promo.
7. All disputes related to this Promo will only be accepted within sixty (60) banking days after the end of the Promo Period.
8. In case of any dispute with respect to the Promo, including eligibility, raffle entry entitlement and prize claiming, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
9. BPI and its subsidiaries as well as its directors, officers and employees are not liable and shall be held free and harmless for any loss or damage (including direct, indirect, and consequential loss) suffered or sustained by the winner resulting from the winner's participation in the Promo or receipt of the prizes.
10. BPI, in concurrence with DTI, reserves the right to discontinue, or cancel the Promo at any time.
11. BPI will shoulder the tax, if any, for the prize (20% tax for Promo prizes exceeding Php 10,000).
12. BPI reserves the right to verify the winner’s personal information for the redemption of the raffle prize. In the event such verification is not accomplished to the satisfaction of BPI, the winner will be disqualified from the raffle with prior DTI approval.
13. By participating in the Promo, the BPI accountholder authorizes BPI to share his or her relevant information (including personal information) to suppliers or merchants for purposes of the redemption and processing of the prize in the event he or she is declared a winner.
14. Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, which are made integral parts hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where these are applicable to this Promo.
