Qualifications

The Promo is open to pre-selected BPI Debit Mastercard® cardholders who received promotional materials through their mobile or email registered in BPI’s system record.

How to avail the promo

1. Cardholder must refer to the promotional materials with the unique 6-month pandapro plan code sent to his/her mobile number or email address.

2. Enable his/her eCommerce toggle in BPI Online / Mobile App for the subscription to push through. 

3. Visit the foodpanda website or download the foodpanda mobile app.

4. Sign-up or log-in to your account.

5. Once you have logged-in to your account, go to the “Menu tab” and select “Become a pandapro”.

6. Subscribe to the “Half-yearly” plan.

7. Enter your unique voucher code and BPI Debit Mastercard® details as your payment method.

8. Confirm your payment of Php 10. Php 245 discount will be applied. 

9. Cardholder will now be subscribed to the 6-month pandapro plan in foodpanda.

2. Promo period is from May 15, 2024 to December 31, 2024. 

3. Qualified BPI Debit Mastercard® cardholders are entitled to get a discounted unique voucher code on a 6-Month Plan Pandapro Subscription in Foodpanda within the promo period. 

4. The voucher code for the 6-month plan Pandapro subscription in Foodpanda is only valid for sixty (60) calendar days upon date of voucher code send-out to the cardholder via their registered email or mobile number.

5. The voucher is not convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other product or plans.

6. Qualified cardholders must use their BPI Debit Mastercard® as payment method in subscribing to the 6-month plan Pandapro subscription to be able to be able to use the voucher code successfully. 

7. All questions and issues arising from the Promo will only be accepted within sixty (60) banking days after the last day of promo period, after which BPI shall no longer accommodate disputes.

8. Fraud, abuse, or any unauthorized action on debit card transaction or the participation/availment in the promo may result in the disqualification of the cardholder from the promo, suspension and/or cancellation of card privileges, according to BPI’s discretion.

9. In case of dispute with respect to BPI only and the customers' availment of the promo eligibility, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customers, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of BPI and participating Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

10. BPI is authorized to give necessary information to its third-party contractor or agent to perform and complete the processing of transactions or redemption process of the eligible rewards. 

11. The BPI Debit Mastercard® Terms and Conditions, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo or to the use of the BPI Debit Mastercard®.
