Qualifications

1. Promo is open to all BPI clients, who will successfully submit their responses during the survey period below:

2. Only BPI clients who follow all criteria below, will be part of the OF Survey:

a. New-to-bank clients of BPI branches

b. Clients not tagged as Overseas Filipino or Beneficiary in the bank’s system

c. Not enrolled in BPI app

d. Has a Philippine mobile number

 

3. BPI clients who successfully submit their responses thru the 2-way SMS, will automatically earn a raffle entry.

 

4. BPI clients will submit their response to an assigned mobile number, as communicated via the 2-way SMS.

 

5. A client can only submit a response once.  Thus a client can only earn one raffle entry.  

 

6. Employees of BPI and relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to join.

 

Drawing of Winners

1. There will be 10 winners who will each win Php 1,000 tax free. 

 

2. Winners will be drawn on November 29, 2024 via a virtual raffle draw witnessed by a DTI representative.

3. A winner can only win once.

 

4. Cash prize will be credited to the winner’s BPI savings account within 30 banking days after the draw. 

 

5. Announcement of Winners will be published in BPI’s Official Facebook page.

 

6. Raffle winners will be notified through email, sms and registered mail.

 

7. Raffle draw will be done virtually.

 

Other Conditions

1. The cash prize of winner will be credited only to his/her active BPI savings account.

 

2. The prize of the winner whose BPI savings account is closed or is non-existent,  for whatever reason as of date of raffle prize crediting, is automatically forfeited with prior DTI approval.

 

3. All employees of BPI including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.

 

4. All disputes related to this promo will only be accepted within sixty (60) banking days after the end of the Promo Period.

 

5. In case of any dispute with respect to the promo, including eligibility, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

 

6. BPI and its subsidiaries as well as its directors, officers and employees are not liable and shall be held rendered free and harmless for any loss or damage (including direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained by the accountholder resulting from the accountholder’s participation in the promo and receipt of the prizes.

 

7. The benefits of this promo are non-transferrable and non-convertible in any form.

 

8. By participating in this promo, the accountholder winners hereby agree as follows:

 

a. That BPI is authorized to provide information of the accountholder to third-party contractors or agents to implement the Program including the processing of transactions, electronic raffle draws and sending of prizes:

 

b. To allow BPI to collect their personal information, including but not limited to their name, mobile number, and e-mail address. In this connection, BPI may, subject to compliance with applicable rules and regulations, use and disclose the personal information of identified winners, including their name, photographs, and videos, for marketing purposes related to this Program. In this connection, the winners agree to waive any claims to royalties, rights, or remuneration for such use on TV, radio, BPI website, BPI social media pages, and press releases.

 

9. Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, which are made integral parts hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where these are applicable to this Promo.
