1. The reward provided under this Promo is non-convertible to cash, credit, privileges, rewards, or any other items or products. The reward may be transferable, subject to the proper endorsement of the winner to BPI.
2. Qualified customers shall only be eligible to win the prize once within the month of their account opening.
3. Raffle winners must claim their prize within sixty (60) days from receipt of the winners’ notification, at their BPI Branch they choose when they are contacted by BPI for the purpose.
4. Raffle winners will be required to present two (2) valid government IDs for purposes of verification prior to being allowed to claim their prize.
5. Should any qualified customer’s #MySaveUp account be closed for whatever reason at the date of prize claiming, the prize shall be automatically forfeited.
6. In case of disputes in respect of BPI only and the Eligible Customer’s availment of the Promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
7. The Bank, in concurrence with DTI, reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, or suspend the Promo at any time.
8. Participation in the Promo constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
9. The Promo shall be subject to periodic review to ensure compliance with BPI’s policies and procedures, as well as with BSP rules and regulations and other applicable laws.
10. To the full extent allowed by applicable laws, all warranties, whether express or implied by law or statute, are excluded herein. BPI does not make any warranty, express or implied, with respect to any of the prizes.
11. BPI employees and their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the Promo.
12. The Terms and Conditions governing the use of BPI #MySaveUp digital account, BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, as well as the BPI Data Privacy Statement, are hereby incorporated by reference and shall form an integral part hereof.
13. BPI and its subsidiaries shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury (including direct, indirect, and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the use and enjoyment of the prizes.
