Mastercard® Exclusive: One Dines Free Promo

1. The offer is only valid if the booking is made via the One Dines Free website, and the participating restaurants reserve the right to decline the offer if the booking is not made via the platform.

2. Please note that the SMS/ Email confirmation is mandated by the individual service provider. There could be a delay in delivery or blocked due to restrictions by the network or service provider.

3. Reservations and offers must be communicated to the participating restaurant at the time of arrival, and the offer is valid for BPI and Robinsons Bank Mastercard holders.

4. The offer is only valid for the applicable à la carte main course as determined by the restaurant, and excludes beverages, taxes and duties.

5. The offer is valid for a minimum number of pax per BPI and Robinsons Bank Mastercard holder per table per bill. For each bill, the offer can only be redeemed once. No splitting of table or bill is allowed. Please refer to each restaurant’s minimum number of pax.

• Example A: 2 people ordered 2 main courses; the cardholder shall pay for 1 main course.
• Example B: 6 people ordered 6 main courses; the cardholder shall pay for 5 main courses.

6. Cardholders and their guests must order one (1) main course each to enjoy the offer.

• Example A: Four diners ordered three (3) Main Courses; no offer will apply.
• Example B: Four diners ordered (4) Main Courses, offer will apply.

7.  The offer can be withdrawn by BPI and Robinsons Bank Mastercard without any prior notification.

8. The dish of the least value will be considered as the promotional / offer element at redemption.

9. BPI and Robinsons Bank Mastercard holders are advised to check with the service staff on the type of dishes considered as Main Course to enjoy the offer.

10. For reservations above 7 pax, please contact the restaurant directly and the offer will not be applicable.

11. There is no restriction on the number of visits by a cardholder to the restaurant during the offer period and for each visit, the BPI and Robinsons Bank Mastercard holder will be able to enjoy the offer once.

12. Reservations are subject to availability at all participating restaurants.

13. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash / service, other products, or discounts. The offer is not transferable and cannot be used with other discounts or promotional offers.

14. The offer is valid for dining in only and not applicable for takeaways.

15. Offer is not valid on the eve of and on Public Holidays, special occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and other blackout dates. These dates will vary for each city and will be updated from time to time.

16. Reservation on the designated blackout dates will not be allowed.

17. In case of any dietary restrictions, allergies or any specific food or cooking requirements, please ensure the restaurant is informed at the time of ordering.

18. The Bank, Mastercard and Dining City do not take any guarantee or warranty of the quality, quantity of the food or ambience of the participating restaurant. Any issues pertaining to the same will have to be addressed and resolved by the restaurant directly.

19. The Bank, Mastercard and Dining City are in the business of promoting offers at the participating restaurant and are in no way endorsing or recommending the services, food or any aspect of the restaurant.

20. The Bank, Mastercard and Dining City shall use reasonable best efforts to ensure that reservations will be accepted, but the Bank, Mastercard and Dining City will not be held responsible if a restaurant fails to inform either party of non-availability of such restaurant or if a sold out occurs or if a private event is held at such restaurant.

21. The offer acceptability and honoring is subject to Force Majeure wherein any execution or delivery of any of the services committed through this program is hampered beyond its reasonable control, such as but not limited to, strikes, labor controversies, Acts of God, fire, flood, war, lightning, earthquake, collapse of structure, embargoes or Government orders or restrictions or policies etc., the affected restaurant shall be excused for non-performance of its obligation during the period such cause continues to exist.

22. Rights of admission are reserved by the restaurant.

24. All bookings are subject to the restaurant's availability. A reservation confirmation email/SMS will be sent to you once the booking is confirmed.

25. In case you do not receive an Email confirmation/ SMS of your booking, kindly reach out to us through this email.

26. The offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and / or cannot be made / continued for any reason whatsoever.

27. Participation in this offer is entirely voluntary, and it is agreed and understood by the Participants that participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.

28. All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals of the respective country of the offer.

29. By participating in the offer, the cardholders agree to be bound by the terms and conditions mentioned here and present in communications.

30. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority / body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the cardholders, shall be solely borne by the cardholders.

31. Amendments are subject to availability and at the discretion of the restaurant.

32. Cancellations need to be done at least 24 hours prior to the booking time or will be deemed confirmed.

33. Whilst this offer is joint branded, the Bank and Mastercard does not collect, use, disclose, process or transfer any personal data relating to cardholders in accordance with these terms and conditions. All processing of personal data for this offer is done by Dining City.

34. The cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found fraudulent, the Bank shall have the right to charge the value of the discount to his or her card.

35. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Mastercard Credit, Debit and Prepaid Cards and/or Robinsons Bank Mastercard Credit Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this promo.

The Mastercard card used to book the reservation of service must be presented at check-in, and for payment upon check out.

4. Discounts, vouchers, and privileges, including Birthday Treats, are non-transferrable and are not exchangeable for cash, credit, in full or in part.

5. Offer cannot be redeemed or exchanged in cash. Offers listed, where applicable, are in Local Currency, unless otherwise stated.
