4. A BPI accountholder will automatically earn one (1) electronic raffle entry upon completing their first qualified transaction at any participating BPI partner store during the raffle period. Thereafter, for every set of three (3) qualified transactions made, the accountholder will earn one (1) additional raffle entry. No registration is needed; raffle entries will be automatically tracked based on transactions. Tracking of transactions will be on the BPI accountholder’s deposit account, regardless of if done by the accountholder or a representative.  

5. Existing BPI accountholders will receive an SMS notification informing them of their accumulated transactions and/or earned raffle entry or entries.

7. Entries that did not win during the preliminary draw will not be transferred or carried over to the subsequent preliminary draw, but non-winning entries accumulated from April 15 - July 16, 2025 will still be considered for the grand raffle draw.  

8. An accountholder is eligible to win only once within a single raffle period. However, they may win again in subsequent preliminary draws if they make qualified transactions during those periods. In case a name was drawn more than once in a draw date, the winner shall only get the prize of higher value. 

9. Raffle prizes, if non-cash, are neither transferable nor convertible to cash. Once a valid redemption is made, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or applied to another item.  

10. Withholding tax related to the raffle prizes will be shouldered by BPI.  BPI and the BPI participating partner store will not cover any costs incurred after the purchase of raffle prizes, including but not limited to motorcycle registration, insurance, and similar expenses. 

11. The raffle draw will be conducted online, in the presence of a DTI representative via the Zoom platform, using a randomizer.  

12. Winners will be announced via the official BPI Facebook page. Winners will be notified by BPI via their registered contact details (SMS, email, and registered mailing address).  

13.  The Php 10,000 Cash raffle prize will be directly credited to the winning BPI account within 60 banking days from when the raffle winner submits the necessary requirements and accomplished quitclaim form to the BPI Agency Banking representative. 

14. Prizes not claimed within 60 calendar days of BPI's notification using the winner's registered contact details with the bank will be forfeited in favor of BPI, with prior approval from DTI. 

15. Employees of BPI (may include others i.e., ad agency, merchants, etc.), participating partner stores, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to participate in this raffle promo.  

16. By participating in this raffle promo, the customer agrees to the use of their personal information for raffle purposes in accordance with the Data Privacy Act.  

17. Availment of BPI products are subject to the existing BPI policies of BPI.  

18. This promo cannot be availed in conjunction with other offers of BPI in partnership with any of the participating Partner Stores.  

19. BPI has the right to verify transactions and eligibility of winners, and to invalidate entries proven to “gamify” the promotion to earn more raffle entries.      

20. In case of dispute, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI, will be deemed final.  

1. Promo winners must be contactable on the dates below. Winners will be notified via their registered contact details with BPI. Prizes of uncontactable or unresponsive winners will be considered forfeited if it goes beyond sixty (60) calendar days from notification.  

2. To claim the prize, promo winners must coordinate with the BPI Agency Banking representative and submit the following documents by either visiting the BPI Agency Banking Office or e-mailing to the official e-mail address indicated in the notification:   

• The official e-mail, SMS, and registered mail notification from BPI Agency Banking  
• A valid government-issued ID  
• Accomplished quitclaim form (to be provided by BPI via e-mail)  
• Tax Identification Number (TIN)  

3. The raffle winners must present the official notice from BPI Agency Banking (e-mail or SMS, and registered mailing address) along with the required documents at the designated location agreed upon with the participating Partner Store where the raffle winners transacted.  

4. If claiming through an authorized representative, present the following: 

• Authorization Letter signed by the raffle winner; along with a 
• Scanned copy of raffle winner’s ID with an affixed signature 
• Scanned copy of the authorized representative’s ID with an affixed signature 
• All requirements stated above in item 2
