Raffle Promo

1. Open to all new Remitter accountholders (REFERRER) who opened a BPI Pamana Padala account from March 3, 2025 onwards in  any BPI branch, manning / recruitment agency, or training center.

2. Referrer must encourage his/her Beneficiary to open a BPI Padala Moneyger. Beneficiary who successfully opened the said account within the referral period and enroll it in BPI app shall qualify as REFERRAL.

3. Referral period shall be from April 07, 2025 to December 29, 2025.

4. To earn an initial three (3) raffle entries, REFERRER must register the following details below:

a. REFERRER Account Number

b. REFERRER Name (Last Name, First Name and Middle Name)

c. REFERRER Mobile Number

d. REFERRER Email Address

e. REFERRER Country-Based / Location

f. REFERRAL Account Number

g. REFERRAL Name (Last Name, First Name and Middle Name)

5. There will be nine (9) monthly draws during the referral period scheduled on the following dates:

7. Upon successful submission, an acknowledgement page shall be displayed.

8. A REFERRAL shall be drawn during the scheduled draw date. The drawn REFERRAL and his/her corresponding REFERRER shall be declared the winners.

10. Both REFERRER and REFERRAL may win more than once. A REFERRAL may earn additional raffle entries for more chances of winning by:

11. A REFERRAL’s raffle entries refresh after every cut-off to capture new product availments and updated ADB . The raffle entries may increase or decrease after every cut-off in case of new product availment, increase in funds or decrease in funds.

12. The winning REFERRER and REFERRAL shall receive a cash prize of Php 25,000 each credited to their active BPI account within thirty (30) banking days upon validation of account number and winner’s credentials.

13. Winners shall be notified via their registered email address and contacted via SMS. A registered mail shall also be sent in case attempts to reach the customer is unsuccessful. 

14. Relatives of BPI and Robinsons Bank up to second level of consanguinity shall be disqualified to join the promo.

1. BPI shall not be held liable for any impediment beyond BPI’s control such as, but not limited to, natural disasters, inclement weather conditions, or any local-government restrictions, which may cause the delay of the raffle and / or the crediting of the cash prize.

2. BPI reserves the right to refuse honoring the winner if the account opening was found sourced through fraudulent, illegal or any activity inconsistent with the law. 

3. In case of any dispute with respect to the promo, including eligibility, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

4. BPI and its subsidiaries as well as its directors, officers and employees are not liable and shall be held rendered free and harmless for any loss or damage (including direct, indirect, and consequential loss) suffered or sustained by the accountholder resulting from the accountholder’s participation in the promo.

5. By participating in this promo, the customer:

i. Represents and warrants that s/he has obtained all necessary authorization and consent prior to submission of information about his/her dependents, or individuals related to the customer, or nominated referral/beneficiary including their personal data.

ii. Agrees, consents and authorizes BPI to provide information of the accountholder and his/her nominated referral/beneficiary to third-party contractors or agents to implement the Program including the processing of electronic raffle draws.

iii. Agrees, consents and authorizes BPI to collect their personal information, including but not limited to his/her name, mobile number, e-mail address and current location. In this connection, BPI may, subject to compliance with applicable rules and regulations, use and disclose the personal information of identified winners, including his/her name, for marketing purposes related to this promo. In this connection, the winners agree to waive any claims to royalties, rights, or remuneration for such use on TV, radio, BPI website, BPI social media pages, and press releases.

6. Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, which are made integral parts hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where these are applicable to this Promo.
