2. The Promo Period is from January 1, 2025 to March 31, 2025.

3. BPI Credit or Robinsons Bank Credit or Debit Cardholders are entitled to the following exclusive offers within the Promo Period:  

• 50% off on all eye services (Applicable for straight and installment at up to 12 months Real 0% SIP for BPI Credit Cardholders only)
• Special Installment Plan for BPI Credit Cardholders 
• Up to 24 months Real 0% SIP 
• Buy Now Pay 3 months Later 
• Additional credit limit for installment purchases 

4. To qualify for the offer, the Cardholder must use his or her Participating BPI Credit, Debit Card and/or Robinsons Bank Credit and Debit Card to pay for his or her purchases at Merchant.

5. The offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made. 

6. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit.  It may not be exchanged with any other product. 

7. The Cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found fraudulent, BPI shall have the right to charge the value of the offer to his or her card. 

8. The Promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Merchant. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher, if applicable.

9. Any dispute concerning the products related to the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI. 

10. In case of dispute in respect of BPI only and the customers' availment of the Promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customers, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of BPI and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. 

11. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Credit, Debit Cards and/or Robinsons Bank Credit and Debit Card and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.

2. BPI Credit Cardholders are entitled to avail of Real 0% Special Installment Plan (SIP) Program. This allows cardholders to avail of up to 24 months Real 0% SIP on select brands at participating branches of Merchant.

3. The cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Special Installment Plan (SIP):

Terms and conditions

a. The SIP Real 0% installment terms are available for a minimum single-receipt purchase requirement of Php 3,000 or higher. Minimum installment purchase requirement may vary per term. 

b. The terms may be available for select items only. 

c. All installment transactions are subject to BPI's approval. 

d. Cardholder can also choose to avail of the other SIP features:

Up to 100% Bonus Madness Limit for qualified BPI Credit Cardholders

Subject to favorable credit history, qualified Credit Cardholders will enjoy increased purchasing power with a bonus installment credit limit of up to 100% of their regular credit line. Approved installment transaction will automatically be deducted from the Madness limit. 100% Bonus Madness Limit is only applicable to installment transactions.

Buy Now Pay up to 3 months Later

First monthly amortization will be posted to the BPI Credit Cardholder’s account up to 3 months later from date of purchase. Succeeding amortizations shall be billed every month thereafter until full transaction amount is paid in full.

e. The monthly payment shall first be applied to the interest charges then to principal amount using the diminishing balance method 

• BPI will charge an early termination fee of Php 550 + 20% on the principal amount should the cardholder decides to terminate the SIP transaction prior to the 1st billing. 
• BPI will charge an early termination fee of Php 550 for SIP transactions terminated after the first billing.

4. To qualify for the program, the cardholder must use his or her participating BPI Credit Card to pay for his or her purchases at the Participating Merchant. 

5. Any dispute concerning the products and/or services related to the program shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the Merchant. 

6. The terms and conditions governing the issuance of BPI Credit Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this program campaign.
