How to avail

Step 1: Use your Debit Card

1. Cardholder must refer to the promotional materials sent to his/her mobile number or email address.

2. Qualified Cardholder must have a minimum single-receipt purchase of Php 1,000 using his/her BPI Debit Mastercard® within November 20, 2024 to December 31, 2024.

3. Qualified cardholders will receive a Php 245 off voucher code on a 6-Month Plan Pandapro Subscription in Foodpanda through their registered mobile and/or email on the succeeding month once the minimum spend requirement is reached.

4. Cardholders can only qualify for the promo once during the promo period.

Step 2: Enjoy 6 months worth of Pandapro for just Php 10

1. Visit the Foodpanda website or download the Foodpanda mobile app

2. Sign up or log in to your account

3. Once you have logged-in to your account, go to the “Menu tab” and select “Become a pandapro”

4. Subscribe to the “Half-yearly” plan

5. Enter your unique voucher code and BPI Debit Mastercard®  details as your payment method

6. Confirm your payment

Terms and conditions

1. The Promo is open to pre-selected BPI Debit Mastercard® cardholders who received promotional materials through their mobile or email registered in BPI’s system record.

2. Promo period is from November 20, 2024 to December 31, 2024.

3. Qualified BPI Debit Mastercard® cardholders are entitled to get a Php 245 off voucher on a 6-Month Plan Pandapro Subscription in Foodpanda for his/her minimum single receipt purchase of Php 1,000 using his/her BPI Debit Mastercard®  within November 20, 2024 to December 31, 2024.

4. The following transactions are qualified:

a. POS Transactions (Local & International)

b. Online Transactions (Local & International)

5. The following transactions are excluded from this promo:

a. Transactions from stock trading, foreign exchange trading, financial trading services, remittance and the like; mobile payment/mobile wallet transactions and online payment system (such as but not limited to GrabPay, GCash, PayMaya, PayPal, Coins.ph, and the like) such as:

• POI Funding Transactions
• Member Financial Inst-Merchandise and Services

b. Business transactions such as but not limited to:

• Direct or multi-level marketing, as well as from merchants specifically engaged in wholesale and distribution
• Payment services
• Professional services.

c. Transactions from casino/gambling, money transfers, quasi cash financial institution, political organizations and bail & bond payment such as:

• Bail & Bond Payments
• Betting (Including Lottery Tickets, Chips)
• Government Owned Lottery
• Internet Gambling
• Government Licensed Horse/Dog Racing
• Wire Transfer Money Orders
• Quasi Cash-Member Financial Inst.
• Quasi Cash-Merchant
• Organizations, Political

6. Qualified cardholders will receive a Php 245 off voucher code on a 6-Month Plan Pandapro Subscription in Foodpanda through their registered mobile and/or email on the succeeding weeks once the minimum spend requirement is reached. 

7. The Php 245 off voucher code on a 6-month plan Pandapro subscription in Foodpanda is only valid for sixty (60) calendar days upon date of voucher code send-out to the cardholder via their registered email or mobile number.

8. Qualified cardholders are entitled to receive one (1) Php 245 off voucher code once throughout the promo period.

9. The voucher is not convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other product or plans.

10. Qualified cardholders must use their BPI Debit Mastercard®  as payment method in subscribing to the 6-month plan Pandapro subscription to be able to be able to use the voucher code successfully.

11. All questions and issues arising from the Promo will only be accepted within sixty (60) banking days after the last day of promo period, after which BPI shall no longer accommodate disputes.

12. Fraud, abuse, or any unauthorized action on debit card transaction or the participation/availment in the promo may result in the disqualification of the cardholder from the promo, suspension and/or cancellation of card privileges, according to BPI’s discretion.

13. In case of dispute with respect to BPI only and the customers' availment of the promo eligibility, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customers, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of BPI and participating Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

14. BPI is authorized to give necessary information to its third-party contractor or agent to perform and complete the processing of transactions or redemption process of the eligible rewards.

15. The BPI Debit Mastercard®  Terms and Conditions, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo or to the use of the BPI Debit Mastercard®.
