Promo mechanics
1. The raffle draw is exclusive to all BPI account holders who are enrolled in BPI Online.
2. BPI account holders who transact using their BPI Online account during the promo period—from January 25, 2025 to February 25, 2025—can avail of discounts and cashback with the following partners:
a. Shop and Pay on Lenovo's website
b. Top up on the Megapay wallet

3. This promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, voucher, privileges, or membership promotion unless otherwise specified.
4. The qualified clients who use the promo are subject to the terms and conditions of BPI and MEGAPAY. All questions or disputes regarding the transaction validity for any redemption shall be resolved by MEGAPAY.
5. By participating in the promo, the BPI account holder authorizes the bank and MEGAPAY to share their relevant information (including personal information) with suppliers or merchants/partners for purposes of the redemption/crediting of the discount voucher.
6. In case of dispute in respect of BPI only and the customers' availment of the promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves the partner and its performance and/or delivery of products to customers, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of BPI and the partner with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
