BPI #SaveUp Saan Man sa Mundo Raffle Promo

Qualification

1. Promo is open to all Filipino Citizens currently working abroad (Overseas Filipino Workers).

2. Under this promo, a client will automatically earn a raffle entry when he opens a BPI #SaveUp account from June 16 – Sept. 16, 2024 (Philippine Time). BPI #SaveUp account can be opened by downloading the BPI app.

3. Employees of BPI and relatives up to 2^nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to join.

4. Qualified clients will be sent an email message and in app message through their BPI app.

5. There will be 3 winners who will win P100,000 cash (tax free) each.

6. One winner will be drawn monthly through a virtual raffle draw witnessed by a DTI representative. Client can only win once during the promo period.

7. Cash prize will be credited to the winner’s BPI #SaveUp account within 30 banking days after the monthly draw.

8. Announcement of winners will be published in BPI’s official Facebook page.

9. Raffle winners will be notified through email, registered mail and through their BPI app message.

11. The prize of an accountholder whose BPI #SaveUp account was closed, for whatever reason, as of the date of raffle prize crediting, is automatically forfeited.

12. All employees of BPI including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.

13. All disputes related to this promo will only be accepted within sixty (60) banking days after the end of the promo period.

14. In case of any dispute with respect to the promo, including eligibility, and prize crediting, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

15. BPI and its subsidiaries as well as its directors, officers and employees are not liable and shall be held rendered free and harmless for any loss or damage (including direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained by the accountholder resulting from the accountholder’s participation in the promo and receipt of the prizes.

16. The benefits of this promo are non-transferrable and non-convertible in any form.

17. By participating in this promo, the accountholder winners hereby agree as follows:

a. That BPI is authorized to provide information of the accountholder to third-party contractors or agents to implement the Program including the processing of transactions, electronic raffle draws and crediting of prizes.

b. To allow BPI to collect their personal information, including but not limited to their name, mobile number, and e-mail address. In this connection, BPI may, subject to compliance with applicable rules and regulations, use and disclose the personal information of identified winners, including their name, photographs, and videos, for marketing purposes related to this Program. In this connection, the winners agree to waive any claims to royalties, rights, or remuneration for such use on TV, radio, BPI website, BPI social media pages, and press releases.

18. Terms and conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, which are made integral parts hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where these are applicable to this Promo.
