1. The promo is open to all new-to-bank (NTB) Overseas Filipino or Beneficiary (Customers) who will open an account from March 12, 2025 to April 06, 2025.

2. Customers who open a BPI #SaveUp, Pamana Padala, or Padala Moneyger account shall get a chance to win two (2) event tickets or a private Zoom link to the BPI event BPI POP! Pamilyang OFW Party with Anne Curtis & Michael V. UwiANNE Na! on April 26, 2025 at SPACE, One Ayala.

3. Customers who open an account and make an initial deposit of at least Php3,000 are qualified to join both the VIP Raffle and the Regular Raffle. In case the Customer does not make an initial deposit of Php 3,000, the customer shall only be qualified to join the Regular Raffle.

4. Customer may open an account at any BPI branch in NCR, Bulacan, Cavite, Rizal or Laguna or any channel and/or BPI official digital platform. However, transportation expenses and lodging to attend the event shall not be shouldered by BPI.

5. Customers must register here to participate in the raffle. Strictly no registration, no raffle entry.

6. During the registration, the customer shall choose one (1) viewing type: Virtual Viewing or Live Viewing.

7. Customer shall provide the following information during registration:

• Account Number
• Joining the VIP raffle (Y/N)
• Type of Customer: Remitter / Beneficiary / N/A
• Mobile Number
• Email Address
• Type of Viewing: Live or Virtual

8. BPI shall raffle 500 winners for virtual viewing private Zoom links, 50 winners of two (2) VIP seats and 500 winners of (2) general admission seats.

9. Registration deadline is on April 06, 2025 (11:59 PM, Philippine Time). 

10. Determination of winners / Raffle draw will be held virtually on April 08, 2025 at 4:00 pm in the presence of a DTI representative.

11. Live viewing winners must claim the ticket at the venue on the day of the event. Claiming details and requirements shall be sent to the winners via their registered email address or their registered mobile numbers declared during the raffle registration.

12. Seating assignment shall be determined during ticket distribution.

13. The prizes are not convertible to cash and non-transferrable but allows for a companion to join the event.

14. Winner must be present to attend the event plus a companion of choice at least 18 years old.

15. All employees of BPI and RBank and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.   

Terms and conditions

1. BPI shall not shoulder any and all expenses related to the attendance to the event such as lodging, transportation, food, etc. 

2. BPI shall not be held liable for any impediment beyond BPI’s control such as, but not limited to, natural disasters, inclement weather conditions, or any local-government restrictions, which may cause the delay of the raffle and or postponement or cancellation of the event.

3. BPI reserves the right to refuse honoring the winner if the account opening was found sourced through fraudulent, illegal or any activity inconsistent with the law. In case of dispute, the BPI’s decision shall be final.

4. In case of any dispute with respect to the promo, including eligibility, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

5. BPI and its subsidiaries as well as its directors, officers and employees are not liable and shall be held rendered free and harmless for any loss or damage (including direct, indirect, and consequential loss) suffered or sustained by the accountholder resulting from the accountholder’s participation in the promo and attendance to the event.

6. The benefits of this promo are non-transferrable and non-convertible in any form.

7. By participating in this promo, the accountholder winners hereby agree as follows: 

a. That BPI is authorized to provide information of the accountholder to third-party contractors or agents to implement the Program including the processing of electronic raffle draws and sending of virtual links.

b. To allow BPI to collect their personal information, including but not limited to their name, mobile number, and e-mail address. In this connection, BPI may, subject to compliance with applicable rules and regulations, use and disclose the personal information of identified winners, including their name, photographs, and videos, for marketing purposes related to this Program. In this connection, the winners agree to waive any claims to royalties, rights, or remuneration for such use on TV, radio, BPI website, BPI social media pages, and press releases.

8. Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, which are made integral parts hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where these are applicable to this Promo.

9. This promo secured DTI approval prior implementation.
