BPI Debit Cashback Promo

Qualifications

The Promo is open to pre-selected BPI Debit Mastercard cardholders who received promotional materials through their mobile or email registered in BPI’s system record.

To qualify, cardholders must register to the promo via SMS using the unique 8-digit alphanumeric code and last 4 digits of their BPI Debit Mastercard card number sent to their BPI registered mobile number and/or email based on BPI’s records.

1. Text BPIDMC <space> 8-digit alphanumeric code <space> last 4 digits of the BPI Debit Mastercard and send to 225600

Example: BPIDMC 1234ABCD 1234

2. Cardholder will receive a notification via SMS regarding the confirmation of successful registration validation after 1 to 2 banking days from the date of registration.

3. Successful registration is required to qualify for the promo. Transactions made prior registration will be included as long as it is within the promo period.

How to Avail the Promo

1. Registered cardholder must accumulate the required spend in a month using his/her BPI Debit Mastercard stated in the promotional materials from April 1, 2024 to July 31, 2024 to be eligible to receive the cashback.

2. Cardholders will receive an awarding notification through their registered mobile and/or email that the cashback has been credited to their account.

3. Cardholders can only receive the cashback once during the promo period.

Terms and conditions

2. Promo period is from April 1, 2024 – July 31, 2024. 

3. Cardholder must register to the promo using the unique 8-digit alphanumeric code and last 4 digits of their BPI Debit Mastercard card number sent to his/her BPI registered mobile number and/or email based on BPI’s records.

5. Registered cardholder must accumulate the required spend in a month using his/her BPI Debit Mastercard stated in the promotional materials from April 1, 2024 to July 31, 2024 to be eligible to receive the cashback. 

6. The following transactions are qualified:

• POS Transactions (Local & International)
• Online Transactions (Local & International) 

7. The following transactions are excluded from this promo:

a. Transactions from stock trading, foreign exchange trading, financial trading services, remittance and the like; mobile payment/mobile wallet transactions and online payment system (such as but not limited to GrabPay, GCash, PayMaya, PayPal, Coins.ph, and the like) such as:

- POI Funding Transactions

- Member Financial Inst-Merchandise and Services

b. Business transactions such as but not limited to:

- Direct or multi-level marketing, as well as from merchants specifically engaged in wholesale and distribution

- Payment services

- Professional services. 

c. Transactions from casino/gambling, money transfers, quasi cash financial institution, political organizations and bail & bond payment such as:

• Bail & Bond Payments
• Betting (Including Lottery Tickets, Chips)
• Government Owned Lottery
• Internet Gambling
• Government Licensed Horse/Dog Racing
• Wire Transfer Money Orders
• Quasi Cash-Member Financial Inst.
• Quasi Cash-Merchant
• Organizations, Political

8. Cardholders will receive an awarding notification through their registered mobile and/or email that the cashback has been credited to their account. 

9. Cardholders are entitled to receive the cashback once throughout the promo period. 

10. All questions and issues arising from the Promo will only be accepted within sixty (60) banking days after the last day of promo period, after which BPI shall no longer accommodate disputes.

11. Fraud, abuse, or any unauthorized action on debit card transaction or the participation/availment in the promo may result in the disqualification of the cardholder from the promo, suspension and/or cancellation of card privileges, according to BPI’s discretion.

12. In case of dispute with respect to BPI only and the customers' availment of the promo eligibility, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

13. BPI is authorized to give necessary information to its third-party contractor or agent to perform and complete the processing of transactions or registration process of the promo. 

14. The BPI Debit Mastercard Terms and Conditions, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo or to the use of the BPI Debit Mastercard.
