Mechanics

1. The BPI Debit Card Waived International Fees Promo (“Promo”) will run from April 15, 2025 to October 15, 2025 as approved by DTI-FTEB (“Promo Period”).

2. During the Promo Period, all BPI Debit Mastercard® cardholders will enjoy waived international transaction fees on the following:

• International In-store Transactions (for transactions done both in Peso and Non-Peso Currency): Transaction fee of 1.50% of the transaction amount.
• International Online/E-commerce Transactions (for transactions done both in Peso and Non-Peso Currency): Transaction fee of 1.50% of the transaction amount.
• International ATM Withdrawals: International Withdrawal Fee of USD 3.50 or 1.75% of the withdrawn amount (whichever is higher).

3. There is no minimum purchase or withdrawal amount required to avail of the waived fees.

4. The waived fees will be automatically applied to eligible transactions during the promo period. Cardholders do not need to register or enroll in the promo.

5. The promo does not cover the following and will still apply:

• FOREX Mark-Up of +1% for selling rate, -1% for buying rate (vs BPI’s published rates) for currency conversion.
• International ATM Balance Inquiry: USD 1.00
• International ATM Decline Fee: USD 1.00
• Any fees charged by merchants, payment processors, or other banks/ATM operators.
• Fees related to currency conversions applied by third parties.

6. The promo is valid for transactions made using the BPI Debit Mastercard® only.

7. In case of disputes regarding cardholder eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, and other similar concerns pertaining to the promo, the Bank’s decision shall prevail.

8. The Terms and Conditions of BPI Debit Mastercard®, available on the BPI website, shall apply and supplement the above promo mechanics.
