5678 Housing Loan Deals

1. The 5678 Exclusive Housing Loan Deals will run from April 1 to June 30, 2025, for online, branch, developer, and broker-referred accounts.

2. This is open to all individual and corporate clients whose applications are received within the promo period and booked on or before September 30, 2025.

3. Construction and Renovation loans will be eligible upon first release on or before September 30, 2025. 

4. The minimum loan amount is PHP 1,000,000. 

5. The loan term is for a 5-year fixed period only. 

6. The free bank fee of PHP 8,000 will be applied for every PHP 1,000,000 loan amount, capped at PHP 80,000. 

7. The promo can be bundled with MyBahay Enhanced Program under the 5678 Promo as follows: 
 

• PHP 8,000 free bank fees for every PHP 1,000,000 loan amount, capped at PHP 24,000  

• 6.95% interest rate fixed for 5 years for projects of Tiers 1-2 and secondary market 

• 7.20% interest rate fixed for 5 years for projects of Tiers 3-4 and unaccredited projects of accredited developers 
 

8. The promo may be applied with housing loan payment solutions, including All-In Financing and Step-Up Payplan. 

9. Advanced payment, partial payment, or pre-termination is allowed. 

10. Any deviations from the promo parameters shall be subject to the approval of Retail Mortgage and Product Marketing Division Heads. 

11. Subject to the standard loan evaluation process of the Bank. 

12. Standard terms and conditions of BPI Housing Loan shall apply.
