Requirements

1. Completely filled-out and signed application form (wet signature required).

2. Valid IDs of both principal cardholder and supplementary cardholder.

How to apply

Via Contact Center

1. Call our 24-hour BPI Contact Center at (+632) 889-10000.

2. Completely fill-out and print the application form. Please do not leave any blanks.

3. Take a picture of your application form together with 2 valid IDs (1 for principal cardholder and 1 for supplementary cardholder)

4. Send the complete requirements to the email address provided by BPI Contact Center.

5. You will receive a notification from the bank once your card is for delivery.

Via BPI Branch

1. Go to the nearest BPI branch

2. Completely fill-out the application form. Please do not leave any blanks.

3. Submit the application form together with 2 valid IDs (1 for principal cardholder and 1 for supplementary cardholder)

4. You will receive a notification from the bank once your card is for delivery.

What is the minimum age required to apply for a supplementary card?

The supplementary card applicant must be at least 13 years old.

Can I apply a different card variant for my supplementary?

No. Card variant for the supplementary should be the same as the principal’s credit card variant.

Does the supplementary card have its own credit limit apart from the principal card?

No, the supplementary card and the principal card will share the same credit limit. The principal cardholder has the option to assign a specific credit limit to his supplementary cardholders.

Is there an annual membership fee for the supplementary card?
