Membership Fee
| Fee charged annually for having an available credit line and for account maintenance purposes.

Finance Charge
| Interest charges on retail transactions if cardholder pays any amount below the Total Amount Due or the Minimum Amount Due.

Late Payment Fee
| Charged when cardholder does not pay on the Payment Due Date and/or pays an amount lower than the Minimum Amount Due.
| Php 850 or equivalent to the value of the unpaid minimum amount due, whichever is lower, per occurrence.

Foreign Currency Mark-up
| This is a mark-up fee on top of currency conversion rate for transactions other than Philippine Peso; usually on charges outside the country or through the internet.

Card Replacement Fee
| This is charged to the cardholder for requests for replacement of lost/stolen and damaged cards, name update/correction, etc.

Payment Refund Fee
| A fee charged to the cardholder when a refund for an overpayment is requested. This covers cost for processing of refund. All refunds are in Peso.

Account Maintenance
| A monthly fee or amount equivalent to the credit balance, whichever is lower, shall be charged to the cardholder for closed/cancelled credit card accounts with overpayment. Charging will be done until account is zeroed out.

Over Limit Fee
| A fee charged to the cardholder for card usage beyond the assigned credit limit.

Multiple Payment Processing Fee
| The cardholder is charged when he/she pays thru payment centers other than Robinsons Bank. Cardholder will be charged for every payment starting from the third payment onwards.

Returned Check Fee
| This is charged to the cardholder when a check payment is dishonored or returned due to insufficient funds or uncollected deposits, etc.

Certification Fee
| A fee charged to the cardholder for certification requests for fully paid accounts, good credit standing, etc.

Printing of Statement Fee
| This fee shall be charged to the cardholder for printing of statement of account.

Installment Termination Service Fee
| This fee shall be charged when cardholder requests for pre-term of his/her installment.

Quasi Cash Fee
| A fee charged to card transactions which include, but are not limited to money orders, travelers cheques, or digital currencies, the transfer of funds from the credit card account to another party via wire transfer, transfers to deposit accounts and loading of electronic purses.

Gaming Fee
| A fee charged to card transactions made at gaming/gambling establishments, including the placement of wagers, purchase of lottery tickets, gaming chips, as well as any other values in conjunction with any gaming or gambling activity.

| GoLighter Installment Plan Processing Fee | A one-time or monthly processing fee will be charged for every GoLighter Installment Plan availment depending on loan amount and term. | This fee will be applied to the following GoLighter Installment Plan:
