Step 1 – Visit a partner store near you to avail of a BPI product.
Step 2 – Scan the QR code available in the store to apply for or open an account. List of BPI products vary per partner. View the list of BPI products per partner.
Step 3 – Choose a BPI product and complete the online application.
Step 4 – Once the application is successfully submitted and verified, you will receive the eGift code via SMS within fifteen (15) banking days. BPI will send the SMS to the official mobile number indicated in the submitted online account opening form.
Step 5 – Go to any of the participating locations of partner store and present the eGift code. The store manager or cashier will validate your eGift code to accept it as form of payment.

How do I apply for a bank product at a partner store?
Visit any of our partner stores, look for the May BPI Dito countertop and scan the QR code to apply for or open an account. Store representatives can guide you through the online application process and help you fill out the necessary forms.
What documents do I need to bring for my application?
Specific requirements may vary depending on the product you are applying for. All documentary requirements will have to be submitted online via the application link. No requirements need to be submitted to the partner stores.
Can I avail BPI products through the partner stores outside banking hours?
Yes, BPI products are available during the operational hours of our partner stores.
How long does the application process take?
The initial application process at the store usually takes about 5-30 minutes. The overall approval time may vary, but you will be informed of the estimated processing time during your online application.

Are there any special promotions for applying at partner stores?
Yes, we often have exclusive promotions and offers for customers who apply through our partner stores. Please check with the store representative for current promotions or click here.
How will I receive my reward for applying at partner stores?
Upon successful application of a BPI product, you will receive an SMS notification with the eGift code. Open the eGift page through the link and tap the USE button to initiate the use of eGift.
What is an eGift/eGC?
eGift/eGC is a digital present you receive via SMS notification upon successful application of a BPI product. Each one comes with its unique 8 alphanumeric characters which you can redeem in-store, depending on the merchant.
Can I convert an eGift to cash?
The eGift is not convertible to cash and may not be exchanged with any other product or service.
What is the validity of an eGift?
The eGift is valid only for redemption at any participating store depending on the merchant. The eGift is valid immediately upon receipt of the customer. It may only be used once, and unused amount will be forfeited.

Step 1 – Visit a partner store near you to deposit and withdraw. Here is a list of our accredited cash agent.
Step 2 – Go to our partner stores’ counters and provide the following information:
a. For cash deposit transactions:
- Deposit Amount
- BPI Account Number (Beneficiary Account)
- Mobile number of the transactor
- First name, middle name, last name of the depositor
- Valid government-issued ID* of the depositor.
- Cash equivalent of amount to be deposited.
b. For cash withdrawal transactions (for BPI accountholders only):
- Withdrawal amount
- BPI Account Number
- BPI Account Name
- Valid government-issued ID
Step 3 – Wait for SMS Notification/Confirmation of the transaction:

Step 4 – Check your BPI Account via BPI App.
a. For withdrawal transaction, count your withdrawn money and check your BPI account to confirm transaction before leaving the partner store.

Visit any BPI-accredited cash agent to deposit or withdraw from your BPI Savings Account. Available for ATM-based and digital, non-passbook accounts only.

Who can deposit?
The transactor can be the BPI account holder or an authorized representative.
What are the requirements to deposit?
To deposit, here are the following requirements:
- Deposit amount
- BPI Account Number (beneficiary account)
- Mobile number of the depositor
- First name, middle name, last name of the depositor
- Valid government-issued ID of the depositor
- Cash equivalent of amount to be deposited
How much is the maximum deposit?
Partner stores can process cash deposits of up to Php 10,000 per transaction. There is no daily limit on the number of deposits.
How will I know that my deposit is successful?
Both the transactor and accountholder will receive an SMS bearing the following information:
- Transaction amount
- Masked account number
- Processing store
- Reference number
