BPI Credit Card
1. The BPI AutoCharge Facility (the “Facility”) is the utility or service payment facility of BPI available to a BPI credit cardholder (the “cardholder”) through enrollment, enabling him/her to settle periodic utility or service bills by automatic charging of the total amount due to his/her BPI credit card (the “Card”). The Facility is available to all active and current Principal cardholders. Supplementary Credit Cards may be enrolled but it must be requested and submitted by the Principal cardholder.
2. Cardholders may enroll to the Facility by: (i) calling the 24-hour BPI Contact Center at (+632) 889-10000; or (ii) visiting any BPI branch.
3. Cardholders may enroll utility accounts from the Facility’s partner merchants only. Utility accounts that are not under the cardholder’s name will also be accepted for enrollment as long as the enrollment is requested and submitted by the cardholder.
4. BPI has the absolute discretion, without giving any reason or notice, to decline, reject, or cancel any enrollment to the Facility.
5. Upon approval of the enrollment, the Cardholder authorizes BPI to automatically charge the total amount due appearing on the relevant periodic utility or service bill(s) received from the utility or service company/ies to his/her Credit Card account.
6. Prior to enrollment to the Facility, cardholders must settle any outstanding utility or service bills within the prescribed payment period. Should the cardholder have any outstanding utility or service bills prior to the approval of his/her enrollment to the Facility, the cardholder must settle said bills directly with the utility or service company.
7. BPI reserves the right to reject any BPI AutoCharge payment authorization in case of over credit limit, overdue balance, or suspension by the partner utility company and/or BPI. In such cases, the cardholder shall pay the corresponding amount of his/her bill/s directly to the partner utility company.
8. The monthly utility billings, if any, shall form part of the cardholder’s Total Amount Due, together with the cardholder’s other transactions, and shall be included in the computation of the Minimum Amount Due for each statement cycle.
9. The cardholder shall notify BPI of any updates or changes to his/her enrollment details which include, but are not limited to change in (i) utility account name, (ii) utility account number, (iii) Card number and details due to lost, replacement, upgrades or sidegrades, by submitting a new BPI AutoCharge Authorization Form with the new details. For assistance on updating or changing enrollment details, cardholders may get in touch with (i) the 24-hour BPI Contact Center at (+632) 889-10000 or (ii) any BPI branch. The new BPI AutoCharge Authorization Form received by BPI will supersede the previous enrollment.
10. The cardholder agrees that BPI is authorized, but not obligated, to initiate updates to the Card details of the enrollment to the Facility as deemed necessary, without need of further notice to or consent of the cardholder.
11. Should the cardholder decide to cancel his/her enrollment to the Facility, he/she should call the 24-hour BPI Contact Center at (+632) 889-10000, or visit any BPI branch, and submit the relevant form. Any such cancellation shall be effective only after fifteen (15) banking days from BPI’s receipt of such notification, without prejudice to unpaid and accrued obligations of the cardholder to BPI, if any.
12. The enrollment to the Facility is co-terminus with the cardholder’s membership with BPI Cards.
13. BPI shall inform the cardholder in case the payment agreement between BPI and the utility/service provider has been terminated. The obligation of BPI to process payment of periodic bills under the AutoCharge Facility shall automatically cease upon termination of BPI’s agreement with the utility/service provider.
14. The cardholder agrees to hold BPI free and harmless and indemnified (1) from any liability arising from the exercise of any of its rights above, and (without limiting the foregoing) (2) from any penalty, inconvenience, delay, damage, liability, loss or other consequences arising, directly or indirectly, from: (i) rejected or cancelled enrollments; (ii) any action taken in connection with the Facility, including rejection or cancellation; (iii) payment, nonpayment or late payment of the enrolled utility or service bills, including disconnection or interruption of utility service; (iv) termination of the processing of payment with respect to utility/service provider whose arrangement with BPI has terminated; and (v) failure by the cardholder to notify BPI of any updates or changes to his/her enrollment details.
15. BPI, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, as well as their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, and service providers, whether within or outside the Philippines, are authorized to disclose and share information of the cardholder, insofar as such disclosure or sharing of information may be required or necessary to enable the BANK to perform its contractual obligations under or in connection with the delivery or implementation of the Facility, including for purposes of enrollment to the Facility, cancellation/termination of such enrollment, updates or changes to cardholder’s enrollment details, and responding to complaint(s) filed or inquiries made by the cardholder.
16. BPI may, at any time and for whatever reason it may deem proper, amend, revise or modify these Terms and Conditions, and any such amendments, revisions, or modifications shall bind the cardholder upon notice or on the date of effectivity as specified in the notice, whichever is earlier, unless the cardholder cancels his/her enrollment to the Facility. Failure to notify BPI of cardholder’s intention to cancel his/her enrollment to the Facility shall be construed as acceptance by the cardholder of any such amendments, revisions or modifications to these Terms and Conditions.
17. The cardholder agrees to and is bound by all the terms and conditions herein stated, as well as the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of BPI Credit Cards and any amendments thereto. The cardholder represents and warrants that he/she has read and understood these Terms and Conditions as evidenced by the cardholder’s signature on the BPI AutoCharge Authorization Form, the Card and/or sales slips or other forms of documents evidencing charges to the Card, or when the cardholder retains or uses the Card.
Corporate Credit Card
1. The BPI AutoCharge Facility (the “Facility”) is the utility or service payment facility of BPI available to the company acting through its authorized representative(s) (the “Company”) through enrollment, enabling it to settle periodic utility or service bills by automatic charging of the total amount due to the BPI Corporate credit card (the “Card”) issued to the Company for use by its employee or such other person as may be designated by the Company (the “cardholder”).
2. The Company may enroll to the Facility by sending a request to corporatecards@bpi.com. Enrollment must be done by the Company through its duly authorized representative(s).
3. Cardholders who wish to enroll to the Facility may do so by filling out the Corporate Credit Cardholders Authorization Form, and sending the same to corporatecards@bpi.com.
4. BPI has the absolute discretion, without giving any reason or notice, to decline, reject, or cancel any enrollment to the Facility.

15. Failure to notify BPI of the Company’s intention to cancel its enrollment to the Facility shall be construed as acceptance by the Company and Cardholder of any such amendments, revisions or modifications to these Terms and Conditions.
17. The cardholder and the Company agree to and are bound by all the terms and conditions herein stated, as well as the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of BPI Credit Cards and any amendments thereto. The cardholder and the Company represent and warrant that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions as evidenced by the cardholder’s, the Corporate Card Administrator’s, or any of the Company’s authorized representatives’ signature on, as applicable, the BPI AutoCharge Authorization Form, the Card and/or sales slips or other forms of documents evidencing charges to the Card, or when the cardholder retains or uses the Card.
