What is an ATM/CAM TID number?
A Terminal Identification number (TID) is a four or eight digit number unique to each BPI ATM/CAM. It helps the bank identify where a transaction has happened and may be used to address complaints taking place in these locations.
Where can I find an ATM/CAM’s TID number?
You may find a TID number in one of three places:
a. On an ATM receipt.
b. At the ATM fascia, above the screen or near the receipt dispensary.
c. In your ATM withdrawal notification emails.
