1. BPI Wealth Builder investors with at least Php 200,000 investment are entitled to a complimentary APE through an exclusive MediCard APE Basic 5 Package. This eligibility is based on the higher value between your investment cost and market value as of the last business day of the month of your first Php 200,000 investment ("Record Date").
2. The complimentary APE via MediCard APE Basic 5 Package is a yearly benefit given when you reach and maintain at least the Php 200,000 investment milestone (“Milestone”). No additional membership will be given for one year regardless of any changes in your investment value, or future withdrawals or reinvestments that reach the Milestone again within the one-year period.
3. Initial entitlements will be submitted to the MediCard team for processing and further validation. Free annual physical exam via MediCard APE Basic 5 Package will be distributed starting the second week of the following month and may continue throughout the same month. You will receive an email from MediCard confirming your enrollment and providing your MediCard Virtual ID, which grants you access to this exclusive BPI Wealth Builder benefit.
4. Please download and sign up on the MediCard GO app using your MediCard Virtual ID details, together with the mobile number and email address you provided upon opening your BPI Wealth Builder account. Failure to do so may result to forfeiture of your benefit.

1. Download the MediCard GO app from the Google Play Store or the App Store.
2. Register in the MediCard GO app using your Medicard Virtual ID. Kindly ensure registration using the mobile number and email address you provided upon opening your BPI Wealth Builder account.
3. Once logged in, select “Free APE for your BPI Wealth Builder” under “Perks just for you”.
4. Select your preferred clinic and input your preferred appointment schedule.
5. Confirm booking upon review of all details. You will receive both email and SMS notifications with your appointment details.
Yes. Currently, you are required to register using the MediCard Virtual ID corresponding to your free APE for your BPI Wealth Builder investment.
You can book your annual physical exam schedule through the MediCard GO app. Choose your preferred clinic from among the MediCard free-standing clinics in National Capital Region, Cebu, and Davao, or any MediCard-accredited clinics for other areas throughout the country.
Reminder: For those availing the exam outside National Capital Region, Cebu, and Davao, your choice of accredited clinics will currently be limited to those with a maximum APE cost of Php 650. Any additional services or exams beyond the benefit coverage will be charged to your account.
We strongly encourage you to keep your APE appointment and prioritize your health. However, if an emergency arises, you may again schedule an appointment, but only after a minimum of one (1) month from the missed APE schedule.
Your free annual physical exam given as MediCard APE Basic 5 Package will be valid up to one (1) year after it has been credited to your account. By remaining invested for at least Php 200,000 in BPI Wealth Builder, you’ll continue receiving a new package annually upon expiration of the current benefit.
If your BPI Wealth Builder investment falls below Php 200,000 due to a withdrawal within the one-year period, your benefit may be suspended and will only be reactivated once you meet the required Milestone again. If you fully redeem your investment, the annual physical exam benefit will be revoked.
