Eco-Negosyo Promo

General policies

1. These Terms and Conditions govern the BPI Business Banking Eco-Negosyo Promo for all qualified customers, who meet the eligibility requirements prescribed hereunder.

2. The BPI Business Banking Agreement and Supplemental Terms and Conditions, Terms and Conditions governing the use of BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, and the BPI Data Privacy Statement, are hereby incorporated by reference and shall form an integral part hereof. 

Eligibility and participation

1. The promo will run from May 13, 2024 to June 30, 2024 (promo period), and shall be open to both existing and new BPI Business Banking customers of Ka-Negosyo Loan Products* including:

a. Ka-Negosyo Credit Line (KCL) new applications, including renewals with increase (except for those under the Back-to-Back Loan program and with flat KCL renewals)

b. Ka-Negosyo SME Loan (KSL)

c. Ka-Negosyo Ready Loan (KRL)

2. Ka-Negosyo SME Loan Products* including:

a. Ka-Negosyo Loans under Fast Cash/Off-the-Shelf Program

b. Ka-Negosyo SME Loan under Standard Program

c. Business Franchise Financing Program

d. Distributor Community Solutions Program e. Doctor’s Financing Program

Loan must be applied between May 13, 2024 to June 30, 2024, and must be booked until July 31, 2024 to qualify for the discounted processing fee amounting to Php 1,750. Additionally, the Fast Cash/Off-the-Shelf processing fee of Php 2,000 is fully waived.

3. The processing fee of Php 3,500 is fully waived for KSL customers who will apply via DocuSign.

4. To avail of the discounted KSL processing fee, customers must apply through a paperless or online application via Ka-Negosyo on the Go (KNOTG) or DocuSign for KSLs.

5. The Php 6,500 discount on the KCL Annual Fee applies only for the first year of the customer’s line.

6. To avail of the discounted KCL annual fee, the line amount requirement for new KCL customers and limit increase for existing KCL customers must be at least Php 1 million that went through KNOTG or DocuSign.

7. The processing fee and annual fee discounts will only be applicable during the promo period and will return to the original amounts on July 1, 2024. 

Terms and conditions

1. The offers are non-transferable and may only be availed of by the BPI Business Banking customer.

2. In case of disputes in respect of BPI only and the BPI Business Banking customer’s availment of the Promo, the decision of BPI shall be considered final.

3. All disputes related to this Promo will only be dealt with if submitted within seven (7) banking days from the end of the Promo Period.

4. The Bank reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, or suspend the Promo at any time.

5. The Promo shall be periodically reviewed to ensure compliance with BPI’s policies and procedures, BSP rules and regulations and applicable laws.

6. To the full extent allowed by applicable laws, all warranties, whether expressed or implied by law or statute, are excluded herein. BPI does not make any warranty, express or implied, for any rewards items.

7. BPI reserves the right to suspend or disqualify any BPI Business Banking customer from further participation in the Promo, if in its judgment, that user has violated the terms and conditions herein. Suspension or disqualification may result in the cancellation of the BPI Business Banking customer’s right of participation and/or the collection of the economic equivalent of all promos enjoyed.

8. BPI corporate and business customers with employees of BPI and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity as DOSRI or sole proprietors are disqualified from joining the promo.
