Promo mechanics

1. The MyBahay program is open to all qualified individuals, at least 21 y/o upon loan application and not more than 70 y/o upon loan maturity.

2. The MyBahay program can be availed via online, branch, developer, and broker-referred accounts. 

3. All residential properties, excluding vacant lots, are allowed; however, limited to a maximum collateral value (i.e. Total Contract Price or Total Appraised* Value) of Php 3,500,000 only.

*subject to the bank’s regular property appraisal parameters

4. The maximum (or minimum) allowable loan amount is Php 3,325,000 (or Php300,000) while the maximum (or minimum) repayment term is 30 (or 1) year/s.

5. The client shall get a 2% rebate on interest payments every year until the end of the term provided that the borrower has no late payments within the loan anniversary.

6. The MyBahay program can be bundled with Step-Up Payplan and All-In-Financing payment solutions.

7. The MyBahay loan application is subject to the standard loan evaluation process, terms, and conditions of the bank.

4. Minimum gross household income requirement of Php25,000. 

5. Allowed loan purposes are for home acquisition and occupancy of real estate property or refinancing. Should be at least 90%* completed upon booking.
