How to access your Preferred Privilege Card

If not yet enrolled online:

1. Enroll in BPI online banking by downloading the BPI Mobile App. Watch this video for a step-by-step tutorial.
2. Once enrolled, download the BPI Mobile app on the Google Play or App Store.
3. Log in to your BPI Mobile app and tap the menu icon on the upper left.
4. Select “Other Services”
5. Choose “Preferred Privilege Card”
6. View or save the card.

If already enrolled online:

1. Download or update your BPI Mobile app on the Google Play or App Store.
2. Log in to your BPI Mobile app and tap the menu icon on the upper left.
3. Select “Other Services”

Can I access the PPC on BPI Online via the website?

Yes, you may access your PPC via BPI Online by following these steps:

1. Log in to your online banking account .
2. Click the menu button on the upper left corner of your screen.
3. Select "Other Services".
4. Tap "Preferred Privilege Card".
5. View or save the card.

I can’t access my PPC. What should I do?
