Follow these mechanics to claim your treat:

 

1. The Promo Period is from September 1, 2024 to Nov. 30, 2024.


2. The Promo is valid for dine-in only and take-out transactions of eligible BPI Preferred Clients at any Participating Pizzulu Branch from Monday to Sunday during the Promo Period, subject to the following conditions:

a. The Promo is available for only one (1) transaction per Eligible BPI Preferred Client per table, with a single receipt spend of at least Php1,000.00 (minimum) up to Php 50,000.00 (maximum), exclusive of VAT, service charge, and all prevailing local taxes. The maximum discount that may be availed under the Promo for any single receipt transaction at any Participating Pizzulu Branch is Php5,000.00.

b. The BPI Preferred Client must have presented the complete requirements (see Section II above) to become an Eligible BPI Preferred Client before ordering at the Participating Pizzulu Branch.

c. Discount/offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made.

d. Splitting a single transaction to avail of multiple discounts is prohibited. Splitting is defined as an intentional act of dividing transactions into multiple transactions to avail of multiple discounts.

3. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit.  It may not be exchanged with any other product.

4. Should the purchase by the Eligible BPI Preferred Client be found fraudulent or in violation of any of the terms and conditions of the Promo, BPI shall have the right to charge the value of the discount/offer to his or her card.

5. The Promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Pizzulu.

6. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance with the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (Republic Act (R.A.) No. 9994) and An Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. No. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher, if applicable.

7. All disputes related to this Promo will only be entertained if submitted within sixty (60) banking days after the end of the Promo Period.

a. Any dispute concerning the Participating Pizzulu Branch and its performance and/or delivery of products and/or services related to the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the BPI Preferred Client and Pizzulu.

b. In case of dispute in respect of BPI only and the BPI Preferred Client’s availment of the Promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of the Department of Trade and Industry (“DTI”) shall be considered final.

8. BPI, in concurrence with DTI, reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, or cancel the Promo at any time.

9. To the full extent allowed by applicable laws, all warranties, whether expressed or implied by law or statute, are excluded herein. BPI does not make any warranty, express or implied, with respect to any product or service availed of under the Promo or any reward item.

10. BPI and its subsidiaries are not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect, and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the availment of and/or participation in the Promo.

11. The Promo shall be subject to periodic review to ensure compliance with BPI’s policies and procedures, as well as with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (“BSP”) rules and regulations and other applicable laws.

 

Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions govern the availment by eligible BPI Preferred Clients of ten percent (10%) discount on dine-in and take out with Pizzulu (the “Promo”).

General Policies

1. The Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, the Banking Terms and Conditions, the BPI Online Banking Terms and Conditions governing the use of BPI Online and the BPI Mobile App, and the BPI Data Privacy Policy are hereby incorporated by reference and form an integral part hereof (the “BPI Terms and Conditions”). 

 

Eligibility and Participation

1. The Promo shall be open to Eligible BPI Preferred Clients only.

“Eligible BPI Preferred Clients” pertain to those BPI Preferred Clients who:

(a) are able to present at any Participating Pizzulu Branch the following: 

(i) his/her digital BPI Privilege Card (whether digital or physical); and

(ii) any one of the following:

(1) a valid government ID showing the same name as that reflected in the BPI Privilege Card;

(2) an email from BPI regarding the Promo; or

(3) a Short Message Service (“SMS”) from BPI regarding the Promo; and

(b) have not been suspended or disqualified by BPI from participating in the Promo.

 

The Digital BPI Privilege Card may be downloaded from the BPI app by following the steps below:

The Physical BPI Privilege Card has the same look as the Digital BPI Privilege Card but in physical format. Where the BPI Privilege Card presented is in a physical format, the date of presentment should be within the validity period indicated in the physical card and not yet expired.

The Participating Pizzulu Branches are 579 M. Marcos St., 8 Forbestown BGC, SM Mall Of Asia, Rockwell, SM Megamall, Greenhills Mall (soon to open), and SM North Edsa (soon to open).

 

2. BPI reserves the right to suspend or disqualify any person from participation in the Promo, if in BPI’s judgment, the person is not eligible for the Promo or that person has violated the terms and conditions herein, including any of the BPI Terms and Conditions. Suspension or disqualification shall result in the cancellation of the person’s right of participation and/or the economic equivalent of all rewards enjoyed.

3. The Eligible Preferred Client shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Promo and the Participating Pizzulu Branch.
