All BPI clients who plan to use BPI BizKo, BPI BizLink, BPI ATMs and CAMs, BPI Online, BPI app, BPI Online credentials in partner apps and websites, BPI Phone Banking Self-service Facility, BPI Debit Cards, BPI Credit Cards, BPI Prepaid Cards, and cash-in/cash-out or sign-up to VYBE
Which BPI Debit Mastercard services will be unavailable during the activity?
- BPI Channels – ATMs and Cash Accept Machines (CAMs), BPI Online and BPI app, BPI BizLink* and BPI BizKo
- BPI Debit Cards, BPI Credit Cards, and BPI Prepaid Cards
- BPI services using BPI Online credentials in partner websites and apps, interbank funds transfer to BPI, and funding of BPI Prepaid Cards
- VYBE sign-ups, cash-ins, and cash-outs
- BPI Phone Banking Self-service Facility
Will the branches be open to assist me?

I have bills to pay during that date. When and how should I pay them?
Kindly pay your bills ahead of the systems maintenance activity to avoid possible penalties and charges.
I have scheduled payments through BPI Auto Debit Arrangement (ADA) on those dates. Will this maintenance activity affect my BPI ADA transactions?
Your scheduled BPI ADA transactions that fall within the duration of the systems maintenance activities will be processed on the next banking day, which is on Monday, April 1, 2024.
Can I withdraw using my BPI Debit Mastercard from BPI and non-BPI ATMs during the maintenance activity?
No. Kindly plan ahead and make your cash withdrawals at any time before 12:00 AM or after 6:00 AM on March 29, 2024.
Can I do international withdrawals?
No. All BPI Debit Card, BPI Prepaid Card, and BPI Credit Card services, including international withdrawals using BPI Debit and BPI Prepaid Cards as well as cash advances using BPI Credit Cards, will be unavailable during the systems maintenance activity.
I have a non-BPI card (local or foreign), can I still use BPI ATMs?
Yes. Your card issuer may charge fees on top of BPI fees to process your transaction.
If I need money, in case of an emergency, what are my options?
We encourage you to plan accordingly and do your urgent transactions (CAM deposits, ATM withdrawals, BPI Online and BPI app transactions) before the systems maintenance activity.
I have post-dated checks scheduled on those dates. Will the maintenance activity have an effect on my post-dated checks?
Since the activity will happen on a holiday, March 29, 2024, when there is no clearing of checks, your post-dated checks will not be affected.
