Starting December 27, 2024, load your Gcash and Maya accounts via the Instapay and PESOnet interbank funds transfer facility, as “Load E-Wallet" will no longer be available for these accounts.
To load GCash and Maya, use the "Transfer to other banks" feature on the BPI app and select G-Xchange for GCash and Maya Philippines Inc/Maya Wallet for Maya.
This is to align with the National Retail Payment System Framework established by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) via BSP Circular 980 and Philippine Payments Management, Inc. (PPMI) Advisory No. 2024-0604-011. PPMI is an accredited Payment Systems Management Body under the National Payment Systems Act.
