Advisory: BPI Systems Maintenance Activity on February 23, 2025

We will undergo scheduled systems maintenance on Sunday, February 23, 2025,  from 1:00 AM to 4:00 AM.

During this time, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:

• BPI Channels – ATMs and Cash Accept Machines (CAMs), BPI app and BPI online, VYBE by BPI, BPI BizLink, and BPI BizKo
• BPI Debit and Credit Cards 
• BPI service using BPI online credentials in partner websites and apps, and interbank funds transfer to BPI
• 24-hour BPI Contact Center and chatbot

BPI clients who plan to use BPI BizKo, BPI BizLink, BPI Debit Cards, Credit Cards, BPI ATMs and CAMs, BPI app, BPI online, BPI online credentials in partner apps and websites, VYBE by BPI, and our 24-hour BPI Contact Center and chatbot.

We encourage you to plan ahead and schedule your branch visits and transactions before the scheduled systems maintenance. For your branch visit, you may check our branch schedule on our website. 

During this activity, the following card services will be temporarily unavailable:

• BPI Debit Cards for in-store and e-commerce transactions, local and international withdrawals, and Card Control services for BPI Debit Mastercard. 
• BPI Credit Cards for in-store and online purchases, and cash advance transactions

We encourage you to pay your bills ahead of the systems maintenance activity to avoid any inconvenience. 

Your scheduled BPI ADA transactions that fall within the duration of the systems maintenance activity will be processed on the next banking day which is on Monday, February 24, 2025.

No, you will not be able to withdraw using your BPI Debit Mastercard from BPI and non-BPI ATMs during the maintenance activity.  Kindly make your cash withdrawals at any time before or after the system maintenance activities on February 23, 2025, from 1:00 AM to 4:00 AM. 

No. All BPI Debit Card services, including international withdrawals, will be unavailable during the systems maintenance activity. BPI Credit Cards for international cash advances will also be unavailable.

No. We recommend completing your transactions before or after the scheduled maintenance activity. Your card issuer may charge additional fees on top of BPI fees to process your transaction.

Please withdraw your cash from your BPI Debit Card account and complete your in-store and online transactions ahead of the system maintenance scheduled on Sunday, February 23, 2025, from 1:00 AM to 4:00 AM to avoid any inconvenience.

We encourage you to plan ahead and complete urgent transactions (such as CAM deposits, ATM withdrawals, BPI app and BPI online transactions) before the maintenance period.

Since the activity will happen on Sunday, February 23, 2025, when there is no clearing of checks, your post-dated checks will not be affected. However, please ensure that your checking accounts are sufficiently funded.

During the maintenance period, our 24-hour BPI Contact Center and chatbot will be temporarily unavailable.
