Advisory: Systems Maintenance Activity on September 21, 2024

We will undergo a systems maintenance activity on Saturday, September 21, 2024, 3:30 AM to 1:30 PM. 

During this period, the following channels and services will be temporarily unavailable:

• BPI Channels - ATMs and Cash Accept Machines (CAMs), BPI online 

and BPI app, VYBE by BPI, BPI BizKo, and BPI BizLink*

• BPI Debit Cards

• BPI services using BPI online credentials in partner websites and apps

* BizLink services will not be available from 10:00 PM on Friday, September 20, 2024 to 12:00 AM on Sunday, September 22, 2024.

All BPI clients who plan to use BPI ATMs and CAMs; BPI online and BPI app; BPI online credentials in partner apps and websites; BPI Debit Cards; BPI BizKo; BPI BizLink; and VYBE by BPI.

BPI Credit Cards will be available for in-store and online purchases, and cash advance via non-BPI ATMs subject to cash advance fee and other applicable fees.

We encourage you to plan ahead and schedule your branch visits and transactions before the systems maintenance activity. For your branch visit, you may check our branch schedule.

• BizLink facilities will not be accessible and transactions will not be processed from 10:00 PM on Friday, September 20, 2024 to 12:00 AM on Sunday, September 22, 2024.
• Clients should reschedule, re-upload and approve their scheduled transactions once the system becomes available.
• Pay Employees Batch transactions scheduled during the activity will take effect as usual.

We encourage you to pay your bills ahead of the systems maintenance activity to avoid possible penalties and charges. You may also pay your bills using your BPI Credit Card as this will remain available. 

Your scheduled BPI ADA transactions that fall within the duration of the maintenance activity will be processed on the next banking day, which is on Monday, September 23, 2024. 

No. Kindly plan ahead and make your cash withdrawals at any time before 3:30 AM or after 1:30 PM on Saturday, September 21, 2024.

No. All BPI Debit Card services, including international withdrawals, will be unavailable during the systems maintenance activity. You may use your BPI Credit Card for international cash advances, subject to applicable fees.

No. We recommend that you do your transactions prior to or after the scheduled maintenance activity. Your card issuer may charge fees on top of BPI fees to process your transaction.

Please withdraw your cash from your BPI Debit Card account and complete your POS and online transactions ahead of the system maintenance activities scheduled on Saturday, September 21, 2024, 3:30 AM to 1:30 PM to avoid any inconvenience.

Alternatively, you may use your BPI Credit Card for:

• In-store and online purchases
• Cash advance at any non-BPI ATMs
• Pay bills   

We encourage you to plan accordingly and do your urgent transactions (CAM deposits, ATM withdrawals, BPI online and BPI app transactions) before the systems maintenance activity.

Yes. You can redeem VYBE rewards as this will not be affected during the maintenance activity.

Since the activity will take place on Saturday, September 21, 2024 when there is no clearing of checks, your post-dated checks will not be affected. However, please ensure that your checking accounts are sufficiently funded.

Your transaction history will be updated right after the completion of the systems maintenance activity.
