Advisory: BPI Systems Maintenance on June 22, 2024 to June 24, 2024

We will undergo a systems maintenance activity on the following dates and times:

• June 22, 2024 (Saturday) 11:00 PM to June 23, 2024 (Sunday) 10:00 AM 
• June 23, 2024 (Sunday) 11:00 PM to June 24, 2024 (Monday) 8:00 AM

During this time, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:

• BPI Channels – ATMs and Cash Accept Machines (CAMs), BPI Online and BPI Mobile app, BPI BizKo, BPI BizLink*
  
• BPI Debit Cards, BPI Credit Cards**, and BPI Prepaid Cards**
• BPI services using BPI Online credentials in partner websites and apps, interbank funds transfer to BPI, and funding of BPI Prepaid Cards
• VYBE sign-ups, cash-ins, and cash-outs
• BPI Phone Banking Self-service Facility

*Maintenance activity for BPI BizLink will start at 10:00 PM on June 22, 2024 and June 23, 2024.

**BPI Credit and Prepaid Cards will be available on June 23, 2024 and June 24, 2024 starting 6:00 AM. 

We encourage you to plan ahead and schedule your branch visits and transactions before the systems maintenance activity. For your branch visit, you may check our branch schedule on our website.

Kindly pay your bills ahead of the systems maintenance activity to avoid possible penalties and charges.

BPI Credit Card and Prepaid Card services will be available from 6:00 AM to 10:59 PM on June 23, 2024 and from 6:00 AM onwards on June 24, 2024. You may also pay your bills using your BPI Prepaid Card or BPI Credit Card during this time frame.

Your scheduled BPI ADA transactions that fall within the duration of the systems maintenance activities will be processed after the said activities on Monday, June 24, 2024.  

No. Kindly plan ahead and make your cash withdrawals at any time before 11:00 PM on June 22, 2024 or after 10:00 AM on June 23, 2024 and before 11:00 PM on June 23, 2024 or after 8:00 AM on June 24, 2024.  

No. All BPI Debit Card, BPI Prepaid Card, and BPI Credit Card services, including international withdrawals using BPI Debit and BPI Prepaid Cards as well as cash advances using BPI Credit Cards, will be unavailable during the systems maintenance activity.

However, BPI Credit and Prepaid Cards will be available from 6:00 AM to 10:59 PM on June 23, 2024 and 6:00 AM onwards on June 24, 2024. You may use your BPI Prepaid Cards for international withdrawals or BPI Credit Cards for cash advances during this period (subject to applicable fees). 

No. We recommend that you do your transactions prior to or after the scheduled maintenance activity. Your card issuer may charge fees on top of BPI fees to process your transaction.

• We encourage you to plan accordingly and do your urgent transactions (CAM deposits, ATM withdrawals, BPI Online and BPI app transactions) before the systems maintenance activity.

• BPI Credit Card and BPI Prepaid Card services will be available from 6:00 AM to 10:59 PM on June 23, 2024 and 6:00 AM onwards on June 24, 2024.  You may use your BPI Credit or Prepaid Card during this time frame.

Cash options:

• If you have a BPI Credit Card, you can do cash advance via non-BPI ATMs. You will need your PIN to activate the Cash Advance feature. This will be subject to cash advance fee and other service fees.
• If you have a pre-loaded ePay Mastercard/Visa Prepaid Card, you can withdraw via non-BPI ATMs. You will need your PIN to activate and proceed with your withdrawal. This will be subject to usage fees of non-BPI ATMs.

Payment options:

• You may use your BPI Credit Card for in-store and online purchases.
• You may also use your pre-loaded retail or corporate ePay Mastercard/Visa and Amore Visa Prepaid Card for in-store and online purchases. 

Since the activity will happen on Saturday, June 22, Sunday, June 23, and before banking hours on Monday, June 24, 2024, when there is no clearing of checks, your post-dated checks will not be affected. However, please ensure that your checking accounts are sufficiently funded.
